The moment you step onto the walkway and smell the beautifully perfumed air you know you have arrived at a classy hotel. It was my first time staying at the Sofitel, Heathrow, and every member of staff I met went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My room had every amenity I could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Check in with relatively smooth even though it was during the New Year. One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!

This hotel can be reached within few mins from all the terminals You have the option of taking a hotel Hoppa bus services as which was around 6.5 GBP on way or you can take a cab/ taxi . I recommend the bus, it was cost effective and operates almost round the clock.

I would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a great experience overall. The food quality was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of the hotel, with a wide variety of options available. A special mention to Faris, who was very professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was also very friendly and efficient, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free. Mesley in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay — 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

Otel havaalanına yakın ve hijyen açısından iyi. Dışarıda yemek yemek için metro istasyonuna yürümeniz veya Brentford merkezine giden otobüse binmeniz gerekiyor. Otel viyadüğün karşısında olmasına rağmen çift camlı pencereler oldukça ses geçirmez ve oda oldukça sessizdir.

Great stay for four adults in the double double-room, there was a separator in the middle of the room so a bit of privacy was provided. Complementary cocktails were a nice perk too. Cool view of planes landing at Heathrow

Giysileri, havluları vb. asacak yer olmayan şeffaf duş kapısı; gençlerle birlikte konaklarken yetersiz gizlilik ve rahatsızlık. Tuvalet küçük ve yine kapı kilitlenemiyor. Terlik, çöp kutusu ve su ısıtıcısı yok, ancak kahvaltı saatinde 06.30'dan 10.30'a kadar ücretsiz çay, kahve, sıcak çikolata ve sıcak su mevcut. Süpermarkete ve otobüs durağına kolay erişim sağlayan mükemmel konum. Havaalanına ve şehre ulaşım için bir metro istasyonu çok uzak değil.
