To be very true in every aspect, as we go by reviews of others , so just want to tell you about my stay : i directly booked from hotel on 27 feb 2024 , the person who booked my rooms took an advance and sent me the cofirmation . While travellig on 28 march i messaged them about my upcoming stay - the person called me and said srry we dnt have rooms , we will refund your money . Please arrange your stay or we will do for you, we were amazed after that phone call as we were travelling with small kids and senior citizen. After 2-3 hours we got a call again from hotel that we have arranged your stay in our hotel .. no doubt they arranged the rooms , but our first impression is not good. Now coming to stay- rooms are good, not well ventilated though, no windows Staff - they have very less staff, we gave them key around 7 am in morning so that they can clean , but when we came back around 2-3pm the rooms were not cleaned. Why?? Because they dnt have staff to do that. Kitchen- we ordered tea , that never came to our room.. why? Because they dnt have staff .. You have to call again and again for things you need. Overall , stay was OK . Please increase your staff, your service is very very slow. Something good about it - while coming back we told them to make some poori and aloo so that we can carry while travelling,they did that - thanks for this gesture. Hotel is not easily reachable also , auto vala did not know about it.. it created alot of confusion every time we travelled .

I stayed at two hotels in Amritsar, on two preceeding days to the one I stayed at the Ritz Plaza. One was the Lal kothi at raja sansi, by ITC group! I was not too happy as I was not looking for the standardised, monotonous, closeted, too formal and stiff westernised experience. I changed one hotel every day because I was looking for an authentic Punjabi hospitality experience while offering the touch of good class, which I finally got at the Ritz Plaza, complete with the yummy Amritsari dinner and breakfast. The vast lawns full of mango trees, the framed tapestries on the walls and the original building instead of the glass and chrome laden other hotels, lend it the rich, old world Punjabi air and charm. In addition, it is situated in a very calm, stately neighborhood, in the heart of Amritsar. The staff is seasoned, kind of family, who seem to have stayed with the hotel their entire career and that gives, the real, warm, loyal, relaxed Punjabi vibe! The MD, luckily happened to be around and he personally took the feedback and got a few things set right although the entire team is very professional and extremely good. One more suggestion to the management would be to please maintain the originality of the property, which they have done successfully till now. Keep it up! All the best!! Thanks..

Very very lovely stay at grand Hridey. Staff is very cooperative and supportive. Food is worthier and tasty. Nirmal Singh reception buddy is also very helpful. No second thought in staying here again. Hotel is opposite to railway station. Golden temple is just 1.5kms away easily u can go via e rickshaw for 50rs

The location was quiet convenient. The service was amazing and food was also delicious and room service was excellent. The room was standard and comfortable for two people at reasonable rate.

It was a truly luxurious experience. The elegant decor, impeccable service, and top-notch amenities made my stay unforgettable. We had a fantastic stay at ITC Raja Sansi. The services provided were excellent from start to finish, but what truly stood out was the exceptional quality of the food. Every meal was a delightful experience—fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully. The chefs clearly put great thought into every dish, and it was one of the highlights of my stay. The staff was also courteous, attentive, and ensured every need was taken care of. I highly recommend ITC Raja Sansi for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with top-notch dining. I will definitely be returning!

The sound insulation effect is not good. Someone in the night next party opened the party and the hotel staff repeatedly stressed that it still failed to effectively persuade it.

The location is perfect near the partition museum, but very noisy because it is located on a busy street. the hotel is clean but they charge for mineral water. TV is a bit of a problem, sometimes ok sometimes auto off. the hotel also has an elevator from reception to room, which is good for me not to climb the stairs.
