From the moment the team arrived, Nora demonstrated outstanding professionalism and dedication to ensuring that all our employees’ needs were met. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant positive impact on our stay. Nora was always available to assist with any requests or concerns, providing prompt and efficient service that greatly enhanced their experience. The service is attentive and very polite. The room are spacious and the hotel has all the facilities including a 24/hr gym. Bed are comfortable with crispy linen but it is a dated facility which badly needs a change of carpeting and some bathrooms modernization. Overall a pleasant stay between flights

We had two rooms and stayed overnight. -The hotel is only 3.5miles from the Miami International Airport. But will take a good 20mins. to get there in traffic by car. -Great location(restaurants and shopping at walking distance). -City Place, Doral is just across the street and great place to hang out. -Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. -Free car parking, Front desk staff was very friendly. -Breakfast was decent and hotel offers luggage carts. -If you like running/walking outdoors, there are long stretches of sidewalks. But use the ones behind the hotel that are calm(less traffic). If you need to be closer to the airport, this property is a great choice. Overall very comfortable and will return.

The staff at the hotel was above and beyond amazing. Every person in banquet staff was amazing to work with. Always happy to help. Engineering went above and beyond to make sure that all preparations for the holiday on the property was done in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and anybody that wants to stay in South Florida.

Awesome hotel with big rooms and new facilities. The first floor of Building No. 6 we lived in was a mini golf course and inland lake. The view was superb. There are a variety of activities to participate in every day. The bar has free drinks and snacks. The pool is open until 11 pm, and the pool opposite Trump Hotel can be shared, but unfortunately we have not enjoyed the trip. It is a pity. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from the airport, there is nothing to visit around, there are two shopping centers about 3 minutes by car, there are supermarkets and restaurants, the hotel provides free shuttle, but you must contact the driver by phone.

There is a free parking space in the parking lot. If it is more convenient to go to the airport, there is not much to eat and play nearby, but there is a swimming pool, which is very good. There is nothing to lose weight at night.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in early December, and was impressed with the new clean rooms with a convenient location close to MIA airport. It is more an extended stay facility with a full kitchen in room including microwave, stove and fridge. Not many amenities such a coffee or breakfast, but close to Denny’s and other restaurants. I would recommend and stay again if needed.

I’ve really appreciated one nght spent at this hotel. Room very clean and confortable. The hotel is located close to the airport. The only negative thing I found is the shuttle service. I ‘ve called 10 times the shuttle from the airport and the hotel but no one answered. I was then obliged to pay a taxi to reach the hotel.

Stayed here to catch a flight the next day. Room was clean, bed was comfy, excellent water pressure. Used the shuttle service to go back to the airport. Front desk was friendly, however they forgot the wake up call, good thing we set an alarm. Would stay again.
