"There were no staff stationed at the hotel; we had to open it ourselves using a combination lock. The main door had several doors, and the locks were difficult to turn. We were assigned to a room on the second basement floor. The stairs were small and steep, making it very dangerous to carry our luggage. As soon as we opened the room door, a damp and foul odor from the toilet hit us. The room was very poorly ventilated. The wardrobe in the room was also broken and very wobbly. I immediately took a picture and sent it to the owner, fearing that we would be blamed for breaking it. Breakfast was served at 8:30 am. We sat in the restaurant on the first floor on time, and the staff slowly began to set it out. The breakfast consisted of either toast or croissants, which we had to heat ourselves. There was jam, milk, coffee, and yogurt to choose from. Overall, it wasn't a very lavish breakfast. The most inconvenient thing was that there was no luggage storage provided. We had to find our own way to use the lockers outside. It was about a 15-minute walk (including a long uphill walk) to the Filxbus stop."

"It's small, but cozy and nice. The terrace and Nespresso coffee were both much better than I expected. I was a bit worried about crossing the bridge, but the road along the bridge is well-maintained, so it's easy to drag your suitcase. There's also an ALDI just 10 minutes away, making it convenient for buying fruit and other groceries. Be sure to use the terrace at night; it's charming and charming. The only downside is that it can be noisy due to its location. But even considering that, it was a very nice place to stay."

"I made the reservation on the booking site in a hurry the day before my stay, so I missed an important message from the hotel. I was lucky to be able to check in to the hotel, but please note that this is a guesthouse and there is no one always at the front desk. In return, I think the room rate is 10 euros cheaper than hotels of the same standard nearby. The room is spacious enough, clean, and modern. It's good for relaxing, but since the room is so spacious, I would have liked a desk where I could spread out my laptop. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, but the supermarket is a bit far away. It is a bit far from the center of Coimbra, so it is quiet at night."
