"Hot weather required decent AC (fixed preset at 19Deg) but not even cooling to that level, vents here and bathroom very dirty, even fan provided had significant visible heavy dust on from grill. I asked for it to be cleaned and met with refusal as it demands specialist engineer! I said give me your vac and i will do it, refuseed. I am a little asthmatic do all this didin't help. NO PARKING!! Car parks are not atteneded and systems didn't work in one."

"We spent a very uncomfortable 3 nights in the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable with the springs of the mattress sticking into your skin. We had to lay a blanket on the bed for a bit of softness. The rooms didn't have an intercom to communicate with the lobby. Our room was not cleaned throughout our stay, no fresh towels, no toilet rolls, and no fresh linen for the bed. Even when we asked and dropped our keys, nobody bothered to clean. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. I would definitely not recommend it to a friend! The only good thing was breakfast."

"We have stayed in many Premier Inns and this was probably our worst visit. A/C in the room was stuck on warm. The breakfast was not a help yourself buffet, ok they don’t have the room, but waited ages for it after ordering. When it came items were missing and the scrambled eggs were cooked within an inch of its life and we could have made sandals out of the bacon. The place was fully booked for that night but not over busy at breakfast."

"The hotel is in a convenient location, with Costa, McDonald's, and TGI Fridays nearby. The staff are friendly and parking is free. The room is big and the bed is comfortable.
