"Rooms: Spacious and comfortable, but the rooms I booked had no windows, so they were a little stuffy. The hotel has a Telegraph theme, which is quite unique! Location: The hotel is close to the city center, with supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. Restaurant: Dinner at the restaurant was a bit pricey, but the taste was above average. Overall, I was satisfied."

Check out is 10:30am and check in 2:30pm strictly, don’t seem to add up unless shortages of cleaners. Reception only had one person working. Bar service was a bit slow at one point."

"The hotel is in a convenient location, with Costa, McDonald's, and TGI Fridays nearby. The staff are friendly and parking is free. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. However, the hotel is a bit old, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the room lighting is very dim. Overall, the price feels a bit high for what you get."

"We have stayed in many Premier Inns and this was probably our worst visit. A/C in the room was stuck on warm. The breakfast was not a help yourself buffet, ok they don’t have the room, but waited ages for it after ordering. When it came items were missing and the scrambled eggs were cooked within an inch of its life and we could have made sandals out of the bacon. The place was fully booked for that night but not over busy at breakfast."

"Just me and the dog for a one night stopover en route to see my mom. The price was so low as to make one question the quality despite the 8.8 rating on Hotels. It’s not 5 star luxe but it was a nice comfortable room ( number 2 ) , nice and quiet , a good shower and overall a good night for a silly low price. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly good. Some good spots to walk the dog as well which was a bonus ."

"The room was not made ready for a family of 4, had to make up kids beds as no staff available We had booked the dinner within our room rate and it took the hotel over 30 minutes after being seated to confirm what food we could have from the menu. When the food arrived it was very nice, breakfast was also very easy Hotel felt very disorganised and the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment"
