"I'm sorry to give a bad review of other people's work, but I hope that this is a cue to improve a hotel with potential. The hall and breakfast room are beautiful and modern... but when you go up to the rooms everything changes. I find it unacceptable for a 4 star hotel in the center of a city with fairly high prices to have rooms kept in those conditions. Stained walls, bathroom full of limescale and rust, the view is really uncomfortable. Let's not even talk about the corridors. The good thing is the breakfast and the location even if it's a double-edged sword. I had requested parking as an Add-on and they absolutely didn't tell me that it was full so I went for sure. But upon arrival I found myself without a parking space and forced to drive around for 15 minutes looking for a parking space on the blue lines, which I finally found 500 meters away. Let's say it has potential, but under these conditions I would perhaps classify it as 2 stars... I don't recommend it at these prices"

"In the winter, they turn the heating on at !/ and turn it off at night, only to turn it back on around 7. The bathrooms aren't heated!!!! You be the judge. Friendly staff. The room was on the fourth floor."

"This wonderful old palazzo was fabulous. The room had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. There were lots of additional extras in the room: bath robes slippers tea and coffee facilities biscuits etc. the owner is absolutely delightful and gave us a tour of the property and it’s fantastic history."

"The hotel itself is quite decent, BUT: difficult to reach by car (underground parking nearby, payable by the hotel at a flat rate of €12 even if the actual parking cost is less!). Breakfast is included, BUT the bread is served in very stale pieces! It's very close to the historic center. The GPS is completely useless due to roadworks."

"The building is very beautiful and well maintained in the 15th century. The room with a common kitchen is available between the two rooms of the building, both located on the top floor. My room was very large, clean and well furnished, even the very large and clean bathroom. The owner is very cozy and always available to guests' requests, very pleased to dedicate guests with food intolerance or allergies, making available appropriate products. The hotel is also located in the centre of Cremona, very quietly and a few minutes from the centre of Cremona."
