"This was my first time glamping in a desert RV, and the experience was surprisingly good! The campsite is right on the edge of the desert, so in the evening, stepping outside, you're treated to a spectacular desert sunset. The RVs are new, with excellent hardware. The interior space is adequate, and the facilities are complete and clean, with great air conditioning. The campsite itself has comprehensive amenities, convenient parking, and is very close to the Xiangshawan Scenic Area. It was a unique accommodation experience, definitely worth trying with family. The only downside was the 'soft' aspect, which is likely due to it being privately owned, leading to a noticeable difference from chain hotel services. The staff's service needs improvement. When we checked in at the front desk, there was no one to greet us, and the owner was engrossed in a phone call even though we were right there. With no other guests around, we still waited nearly half an hour to check in, which was a bit of a negative experience."

"Staying here during the summer for 5000+ RMB a night for an exterior room, the service didn't even live up to a budget hotel. I stayed for three days and two nights, and I won't even go into how bad the room environment was – it was small, no fridge, no bathtub. Those are all hardware issues. But what happened next completely shattered my perception of hotels! 1. On the first afternoon, when our luggage was being delivered to the room, one of my friend's shoes disappeared from a bag. When we talked to the front desk, they initially claimed we lost it ourselves. Only after we insisted on reviewing the surveillance footage and threatening to claim compensation for the expensive shoes did they agree to look for it. It was eventually proven that the hotel lost it during luggage transport, and it was later returned. 2. Toys and other items stored at the front desk went missing (thankfully, nothing valuable). 3. Some hotel rooms had children's bathrobes, some didn't. Given that one of the main attractions, Yueting Island, involves water activities, I'd consider children's bathrobes a necessity. When I asked housekeeping for one, they initially said they were out and would deliver it later. After spending half a day playing and returning to the room, I asked housekeeping again, and received the same response. By nightfall, it still hadn't been delivered. It's ridiculous! With over 300 rooms, and being a family-friendly destination during summer, how can a hotel charging 5000+ RMB per night not have enough bathrobes? 4. The next day, before going out, I asked the front desk again for a bathrobe. They said they'd send housekeeping. I agreed, but then the phone call ended with them saying housekeeping was busy and I should go to the escalator landing to pick it up myself. Fine, I can understand that. I waited at the escalator landing for 6-7 minutes, but no one came with the bathrobe. I went back to the front desk and told them I hadn't received it. The front desk surprisingly told me I had to go up two flights of escalators to a staircase landing to get it. Okay, I'll give you one more chance. I went up two escalators to wait for the bathrobe, but after 5 minutes, still no one. I returned to the front desk again. With so many staff members standing around in the lobby, do guests really have to run around like this to get a bathrobe? Even a budget hotel would manage to deliver a bathrobe to the guest's hand. This is just absurd! 5. I don't know if it's a design flaw or what, but the indoor pool would close during rain and thunderstorms because, according to staff, there was a risk of electrocution. I must be out of touch; if it rains, you're pretty much stuck sleeping in your room. Other issues include staff members cutting in front of guests for the elevator, most of them looking sullen as if they were in debt, not even greeting guests, let alone smiling. Hygiene issues were rampant – flies everywhere on the food. When an umbrella was blown into the pool, not a single passing staff member bothered to pick it out. The food in the restaurant was mediocre at best, and during meals, not one staff member would come to clear empty plates from start to finish. You can imagine the level of service. And then there were the incredibly long wait times for various shuttle buses, and the three-hour wait for luggage to be transported to the reception center after checkout (with no prior warning, which led to us missing our flight due to luggage issues). These are almost not worth mentioning anymore. This hotel is honestly the worst I've ever stayed at in terms of service, without exception. It's completely incompatible with the price. For anyone planning to go, I'd strongly advise you to reconsider! I've attached a few casual photos; feel free to take a look."

"Everything was perfect, except for the slightly small room and poor soundproofing. The service was absolutely outstanding; every staff member was incredibly attentive and always served with a smile. The complimentary free-flow drinks in the lobby were delicious – we probably had close to twenty cups over two days! The restaurant food was also good; we had three meals there with hardly any repetitive dishes. The unlimited free access to Xiansha Island was fantastic, and I highly recommend the Xiangsha Peak for an exciting and fun experience!"
