非常滿意的一次入住，在入住前期提前和酒店的Leo溝通過由於這次目的是過生日，還主動提出可以幫忙生日佈置，入住前管家聯繫了我幫忙安排接送，到了酒店後有小哥幫忙提拿行李非常暖心！
酒店的門頭裝修也很用心，特別是觀海吧的位置太出片了！首先是帶着我們喝了三杯大理特色茶，還有一些茶歇，由於入住當天酒店有團隊入住所以房間比較慢，但是在等待期間，Leo安撫並且主動協調出了房間讓我們儘快入住，並且生日佈置也準備了！太驚喜了，管家小哥幫忙提拿行李介紹了房間的設施，有地暖真的在冬季大理太棒了！
房間裏的迷你吧以及馬歇爾音響太給這次入住加分了，各位一定要體驗一下，酒店的位置風景沒的説，包括衞生也是做的很細緻，是戴森的吹風機，新開業整體都很新沒有裝修味，貼心的還在旁邊放了蒸汽眼罩和耳塞，真的細節！
王宮夜床服務阿姨把房間收拾的很乾凈，也幫忙疊了衣服，並且提供了一晚的甜湯很舒服～備品歐舒丹，居然還提供了浴球！也很感謝楊國清阿姨 半夜幫忙打了個蟲子，每次見到阿姨都笑的很開朗，特別陽光的！也很禮貌！
早餐的熱菜區有小細節，熱好的菜碟，以及現煮的米線都很好吃，環境服務都可以，熱菜以及煎蛋區都好評！但是要是能提高一下麪包區的品類就更好啦，甜品稍微有點少。
酒店對工作人員見到都會主動問好，有一位戴眼鏡的小姐姐和小哥哥態度也非常好！忘記問名字了！！如果還有在猶豫的種草給各位！！期待下次見面還會來的！！再次感謝Leo！！！

設施：應該是新開的民宿很新 設施也很不錯，能跟得上設計風格 徠分吹風筒挺好使的，第二天頭髮不是那麼燥主要是有電梯特別方便，我一個人扛着個大箱子，我感覺我都要死了，得虧有電梯。早餐挺好吃的米線的味道挺好的主要是靠肉末來調味了，肉末真的很香 服務很好 前台短髮小姐姐很貼心！

AAnya RizqiI highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service. We were impressed with the level of service, especially considering the slight language barrier. Although English was not the first language of the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
Whenever I had a question or request, they were patient, friendly, and used translation tools to communicate clearly. They made us feel comfortable and valued, which is something we truly appreciate. The front desk staff even made extra effort to ensure we get the ticket to JDSM.

As a Malaysian traveler exploring Yunnan, I stayed at a homestay apartment near Erhai Lake—and here’s my honest take:
✅ Inside the homestay: Very clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Everything was nicely prepared and felt like a proper home. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view right from our window—perfect for sunrise lovers.
👩💼 Host experience: The homestay staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. She even arranged a free ride from the railway station, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel.
🚧 Outside facilities: This is where it gets a bit mixed. The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe.
📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. But if you want to relax by the lake and enjoy peace and views, it could work.
Overall: Great homestay unit and host, but the apartment surroundings and distance might not suit everyone.

MMisafir KullanıcıOh, you have to hear about my recent stay at a hot spring hotel in Erhai, Dali! It offered the most breathtaking views and truly exceptional service I've ever encountered. The weather was simply divine during my visit, and waking up to that fantastic vista of the lake and mountains each morning was just so refreshing and peaceful for the soul.
The manager was an absolute gem – so friendly and full of brilliant suggestions for activities and places to explore. He even thoughtfully arranged a sleeping guard for the kids' bed, just in case, which was such a kind gesture!
I also really appreciated how, when I inquired about a gym with day access, he personally looked into it and got back to me that same afternoon. And that evening, when I was ready to go, he had the butler drive me right there! It was truly a fantastic experience for my entire family. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!
