Some are swimming pools and baths, some are terraces and gardens, the environment is pleasant, and there are papaya trees in the yard. "If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We stayed in a one floor villa and for a pretty great price to get a villa with a private hot spring and sauna was already amazing. But then add the amazing service of the butler who made sure we had everything we needed and drove us anywhere we needed to go on the island… we will absolutely go back and stay there again. The pool and hot springs were lovely, the location right next to the aquarium was perfect, and even though breakfast isn’t nearby, it was included in the price and they drove us to another hotel for a tasty buffet breakfast and picked us up after. Looking forward to our next trip there!"

I waited for my aunt to do some cleaning and then officially checked in at 5 pm. There was no bottled water in the house and very little toilet paper! The single bed in the foyer was so soft and uncomfortable to sleep on! The butler was okay, he helped us carry our luggage to the room, but other aspects were not ideal!"

"The surrounding amenities are great, but it's very crowded. The shuttle service was terrible; the driver left without waiting for us, and didn't stop even when we chased after it. It was very sunny and hot, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids, unless you pay for their private car service. This felt like a hidden cost. We paid over 2000 for two rooms that day, which isn't cheap at all. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Ocean Park was very bad. The bus was packed, and my child even went missing, which led to us calling the police. This shuttle service has serious safety issues. For breakfast, there were too many people and not enough tables, so we had to wait a long time. We had to find seats ourselves with our child. There weren't enough staff, and the staggered timing for meals didn't work well. In short, it was a terrible and expensive trip. The staff themselves were very kind and helpful, but every single aspect of the experience made me feel like I was about to explode. I don't know why. It was completely different from our stay at Hilton last year. The room cleanliness wasn't great, probably because it was peak season and they didn't have time to clean thoroughly!"

"With the mentality of "trying to sleep" to escape the city, I chose the raft flower. The hotel is located on the coast of Shenchong Village. There is no complicated commercial atmosphere around.
