"The hotel environment and service are absolutely top-notch, but the actual stay was very disappointing. The room was incredibly small, maybe around 16 square meters at most. It was advertised as a sea view room, but the view of the sea wasn't great. The price is way too high and doesn't offer good value for money. With over 5,000 rooms, if they continue to operate at these prices, it will alienate the average person and the place will lack any real buzz. Those who've stayed once won't return or recommend it; it's a one-time deal. If they don't adjust to more affordable prices, they're not far from losing money and going out of business."

"Service: The front desk staff seemed unenthusiastic. They didn't explain what was included in my package and only provided details when I specifically asked, which was a bit frustrating. Room Cleanliness and Facilities: Also pretty mediocre. The vanity mirror and full-length mirror clearly had smudges and handprints (kids' handprints, specifically). The carpet had several noticeable stains, and the duvet felt a bit damp. The hairdryer was outdated and ineffective, and the towels were frayed and damaged but hadn't been replaced. Service: Honestly, the housekeeping staff were much friendlier than the front desk. I almost gave a 1-star rating. Facilities: Definitely needs improvement. I wanted to borrow a computer for work, but the front desk refused, saying it couldn't connect to the external network, which I understand given sensitive information. I then asked if I could use a computer at the business center nearby. The front desk gave a vague answer, saying no one had used it in a long time. It was only after I specifically asked them to check that they went to look. After a quick check, they said it was broken. When I asked if they could get IT to fix it, they just flat-out said the computer was broken. There's more, but I won't go into it... Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's not worth the price, and I won't be staying here again."

"There are not many hotels to choose from in Danzhou, but this all-season space is quite large! If this was placed in a first-tier city, it would be like a nouveau riche. The standards are quite consistent, but there was something wrong with the toilet in my room. I was in a hurry and didn't report it to the hotel! Parking spaces are really tight."

I checked in at around 3 pm and was given the wrong room first, and then changed the room type but no cleaning was done! I waited for my aunt to do some cleaning and then officially checked in at 5 pm. There was no bottled water in the house and very little toilet paper! The single bed in the foyer was so soft and uncomfortable to sleep on! The butler was okay, he helped us carry our luggage to the room, but other aspects were not ideal!"
