"We arrived in Daocheng at 11 PM on our road trip through western Sichuan. We randomly booked a guesthouse, and luckily they accepted our reservation. Perhaps because it's the off-season, there wasn't a soul on the road, and none of the shops were open. We called the owner, who came out to meet us. The guesthouse had heating and an oxygen concentrator, but it seemed you had to scan a QR code to pay to use it. Since none of us experienced altitude sickness, we didn't use it. The room was clean and quite comfortable."

"Choosing this hotel was the luckiest decision we made on our trip to Daocheng Yading. From booking to check-out, we were meticulously cared for, making our Daocheng journey a truly wonderful experience. Soon after we booked, a lovely lady called us to confirm our itinerary and reminded us to buy tickets and be aware of the last bus time for the scenic area. When our bus arrived at the station, she was already there waiting for us, greeting us with a Hada. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided: there was a large standalone oxygen concentrator, and the entire room also had a diffuse oxygen supply system, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful sleep at high altitude. The toiletries were of excellent quality, and they even provided face masks, sunscreen, and lip balm with SPF – such warm and considerate details, especially given the strong UV radiation at high altitudes. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, directly facing Mount Xiannairi, offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains at sunrise and the sunset in the evening. The hotel restaurant served delicious food; the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. During dinner, the lady patiently explained the short and long routes for exploring Yading, along with helpful tips to avoid common pitfalls, saving us the hassle of planning. On our third day, we had to check out early and wouldn't have time for breakfast, so the hotel thoughtfully packed portable breakfast for us to eat on the go. The attentive and thoughtful service, combined with the stunning snow mountain views and excellent facilities, truly enhanced the happiness of our entire trip. If we ever come back to Daocheng, we'll definitely stay here again!"

The location is also excellent, and travel is convenient. I will choose here next time! I stayed in Daocheng for two days this time. This was the most difficult trip I planned in the nine days in western Sichuan. I didn't expect it to be like this. I was prepared for the high altitude sickness, poor conditions, etc. I didn't expect that I would soak in the hot springs here and look at the streams left on the snow-capped mountains, and the starry sky, although I only saw a few stars. On the second day, Doji took us to her home, Doji's grandfather, grandmother, and mother. It was the first time they had the opportunity to enter the ******* village. Doji talked endlessly about the second floor of their house. How should I put it? It was a small holy place with various cultural heritages. It really takes a lifetime to study. "I chose a hotel with local characteristics and was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I arrived, a staff member helped me with my luggage. The facilities were great: the local climate is unstable, hot during the day and cold at night, but thankfully there was underfloor heating. The bathroom was excellent, with hot water instantly. In this high-altitude area, they even had oxygen supply equipment (medical oxygen). On the first floor, there were several hot spring pools with good quality water, and some room types even had private hot springs. The hotel also had a parking lot and charging stations, making it very convenient for travel. As for the environment: the decor style had distinct local characteristics. And hygiene: I place a high value on cleanliness, and this hotel completely put my mind at ease. It's definitely worth recommending."
