Although it is newly renovated on the surface, the corridors and rooms are filled with the stale smell of a hostel from decades ago. The front desk clerk was unprofessional. When we asked if we could upgrade our room, he said seriously that we had to book a better room through the original booking channel. I felt that he was playing tricks on us, but we had no evidence, as you know. Breakfast is proportional to the room rate, no surprises. After I finished the watermelon, I asked the waiter for more. He agreed readily, but I had to wait for more than ten minutes. When I urged him a little, he was rude. However, after checking out, I found out that they charged 3 yuan for disposable toilet seat covers. We acknowledged that we used them and were allowed to pay, but they also charged us 15 yuan for a torn travel towel. We don't agree to this because I brought my own face towels, and my husband and I didn't touch the travel towel bag at all. I called to inquire but haven't received a response or a refund, so I'm giving it a bad review."

"There was a lot of water in the bathroom. We asked the engineering department to check and they said it was normal because it was flowing out of the bathroom. We stayed there for four days and the front desk phone number was never answered. When I wanted to do laundry, I asked the front desk and they said they didn't have a laundry room. I was skeptical that a four-star hotel doesn't have a laundry room? The external network marked dry cleaning service, laundry service, ironing service. The front desk said the washing machine was broken. I called the platform complaint number later and they said there was a small washing machine to take me there. The room aunt who took me there said that their employees' underwear, socks and dirty clothes were washed with that. I didn't want to go there that moment. I rubbed them by hand afterwards. After I left the hotel, I added WeChat to issue invoices and sent many messages but no one replied. The next day they called me and said that they didn't log in to WeChat. It was not opened until the afternoon of the next day after I left the hotel. It couldn't be too bad. I stayed like this for 350 a day. The room facilities were also very old. The hair dryers were all small folding hair dryers that cost only a few dozen yuan in hotels."
