"The night-shift receptionist (older ladies) on 6 October was very helpful and accommodating when I requested hot water from the coffee machine. However, when I requested hot water again on 7 October, the day-shift receptionist(young lady) was extremely unfriendly and insisted that the machine could only dispense hot coffee. The difference in attitude and willingness to assist was quite disappointing, especially since I had received help with the same request the previous night."
