"The hotel has a fantastic location and environment, and the staff are warm and attentive. The room was spotless, and the bedding and toiletries were of excellent quality. The hotel even gave us grapes, which were incredibly sweet. This stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I will definitely stay again. I wish the owner great success! The staff works incredibly hard, often working late into the night and then again early in the morning; please remember to take breaks."

"The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the bamboo rafts and sugarcane fields. The highlight is the excellent service from the owner and the aunties and uncles working there; they are as warm and caring as family. They even ask if you've eaten breakfast or lunch. The breakfast noodles made by the auntie were incredibly fresh and delicious; I'm still thinking about them now!"

"The facilities at this 4-star hotel were extremely poor. The phone was broken, so we couldn't reach the front desk. The TV remote was broken, and when we called someone to fix it, we waited an hour, only arriving after falling asleep. We booked breakfast included, and check-in said breakfast started at 7:30 AM. We left at 7:00 AM and asked the hotel to prepare some takeout, but they said they didn't have any! A 4-star hotel doesn't offer breakfast takeout service. The next day, breakfast was already served, and the front desk said they had started early. Didn't they call to inform us before starting? We asked several times but received no response!"
