Prolit Hotel (Dazhou Luofu Square Railway Station) ★★★★

📍 No. 486 Chaoyang Middle Road, Dazhou

"The service of this hotel is really good. If you are not satisfied with the room, they will try their best to help coordinate the replacement. The staff is very enthusiastic and responsive. Because I passed by Dazhou and wanted to eat the local specialties, their staff were very enthusiastic to help recommend and give directions. Because I bought a lot of specialties in Dazhou the day before departure, I was in a hurry. The hotel not only helped to pack, but also helped to send express delivery. The breakfast was quite good, with many varieties. The room was all carpeted, and it was soft when I stepped on it, unlike some hotels with wooden floors that creaked. It was raining when I left today, and the girl at the front desk asked us to wear more clothes and sent us to the parking lot. It was a satisfactory stay."

"1. I was given a room where wallpaper was still being put up, with rolls and scraps of wallpaper all over the floor. The room was clearly uninhabitable, yet they still assigned it to me. I really wish I could upload a video to show you the state of it. 2. One of the elevators was out of service. 3. The hallway reeked of a terrible smell that gave me a headache."

"It's a long story. The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, with a very steep slope. Driving up is difficult. The room windows were left open, making the room very damp at night, and even with the air conditioning on to dehumidify, it was extremely cold. I caught a cold the next day. The parking lot was cramped; it looked large, but it's actually shared with the banquet hall next door. It was very noisy from 8:00 AM onwards, with various wedding banquets taking place. The hygiene was also terrible. Not only did the pillowcases smell, but the bathroom floor looked dirty with urine stains—completely different from the photos online. I don't know how they got a 4.8 rating. I drove 1000 kilometers on the highway and didn't sleep well."
