"It's relatively close to the airport, only eight or nine kilometers away. There is also Rocky Mountain wildlife refuge nearby, which is a good place to watch bison and other animals. Parking was said to cost seven dollars a night, but it was actually free. A simple American breakfast is provided, including waffles, bread, pastries, fruits, etc. The room is relatively spacious and the toiletries are from DOVE."

"Frankie provided outstanding care, guidance, and consideration to me as I preferred to change m orginal room. When I checked out he was still present and again with a smile and patience. The breakfast was high quality and clean. Fresh crispy apples, hot water, coffee, and tea along with a nice atmosphere with cereal, pastries, etc. Frankie was super kind and that resonates with me more than anything, making the actual facilities a bonus."

"Highly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back."

"Suggestions for improvement for Holiday Inn Express based on our stay experience: better guest communication is needed, especially informing guests ahead of time regarding non-working air conditioning before arrival. Daily housekeeping consistency should also be improved. Adding basic room amenities such as a refrigerator and complimentary dental kits inside the room would enhance guest comfort. Despite these concerns, the free lobby coffee, 24-hour gym access, and accommodating staff were appreciated. With improved maintenance, communication, and room service, the hotel experience could become much better for future guests."

"The location is convenient and the shuttle service is reliable, but it's shared with multiple hotels — I had to wait nearly two hours to board after missing two full rounds due to overcrowding. To make things worse, check-in took almost another hour, with only one staff member handling a long queue. The stay itself was okay, but the poor handling of peak-time logistics really tested our patience."
