It's a shame I didn't get to see the 'golden mountain in the sun' (the peak illuminated by sunrise), but the 'silver mountain' at night was also beautiful."

"The location is superb, with three floors. The 270° large bed room is on the basement level, facing the intersection directly. The twin room is on the first floor and is spacious enough to accommodate all your gear. There are plenty of power outlets and drying racks. The laundry room and restaurant/viewing platform are on the second floor, with two washing machines and two dryers that can handle all your clothes. You can even dry shoes near the bed. The quality of the toiletries is excellent, so you don't need to bring your own. The owner is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. Trekking poles and ski equipment are all free for guests. I don't recommend the restaurant. Upon check-in, you get two bottles of Coke/Sprite. In Shangyubeng, only their other property is higher than this one. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good during my stay, so I couldn't see anything. There's a humidifier; remember to turn it on and add mineral water. For two consecutive nights, I only received complimentary drinks and breakfast once. You might try booking two separate nights when making your reservation."

"This hotel offers an amazing view of the Meili Snow Mountains. I've stayed at this brand in Guizhou before, so my impression was generally good. To be honest, the room was a bit small. The service during the Chinese New Year was a bit slow, which is understandable. We were told there would be certain activities when we checked in, but we didn't get to experience any of them due to the large crowd. However, they did give us a souvenir, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was very limited and quite mediocre; there wasn't much to eat. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise over the 'golden mountains' in the morning, though."

In the evening, sitting on the balcony, sipping tea and enjoying the valley scenery is incredibly therapeutic."
