"This hotel claims to be three-star, but the experience is nowhere close. The food and service are absolutely zero—honestly, I’ve had better meals and hospitality at roadside stops. The staff has no manners, no welcoming attitude, and behaves with a strange sense of pride and arrogance, as if guests are an inconvenience. From check-in to dining, everything felt poorly managed. No greeting, no smile, no effort at all. Requests are ignored or handled with irritation. The food quality is disappointing, and the service is even worse—slow, careless, and completely unprofessional. A hotel’s rating should reflect its hospitality, and this place fails badly. Definitely not worth the money or the “three-star” label. Avoid if you expect even basic respect and decent service."
