The staff is nice, courteous , and helpful, even though there was some issue with the booking due to hotel check in procedure and language barrier, but it was sorted out. The room is big and more comfortable than expected. Wifi is good. I didn't try the complimentary hotel breakfast, though, so I can't comment on that. Overall, it is good, considering it is located within the city/town and it's not too far from Zhagana Scenic Area entrance."

It says it opened in 2025, but the facilities are obviously outdated; it's definitely not a 25-year-old establishment. The bathroom was terrible; the toilet seat was wobbly. The water heater for showering was insufficient for two people, and the hot water ran out halfway through the shower, leaving us naked in the bathroom waiting for it to come back on."
