"Very nice hotel. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed and duvet. Room a good size. Separate WC and shower. Good experience."

"The landlord boss helped me take my luggage upstairs Thank you"

"Orange Hotel features stylish design and smart facilities, and the stay is comfortable and convenient. The rooms are simple and modern in design, equipped with intelligent control systems, sensitive lighting and curtain adjustment; sound insulation is good, and the sleeping environment is quiet. The disadvantage is that some facilities are slightly delayed in maintenance. Overall cost-effective, suitable for business travel and young passengers, recommended five stars."

"The service attitude was very poor."

"I chose this hotel because of the excellent online reviews praising its environment and cleanliness. After placing the order, I contacted the front desk requesting a quiet room, preferably a non-smoking one. The front desk acknowledged my request and said they would arrange it immediately, even having the housekeeping management personally handle my request! Upon arriving at the hotel, I checked in at the front desk. They offered complimentary bottled water and candy. The room they assigned was quite far from the elevator, and they even turned on the air conditioning beforehand. The room was surprisingly spacious! The room was also very clean, and all the facilities were complete. My room was on the 6th floor, offering a view of the city skyline. Throughout the check-in process, I was impressed by the high level of service from the front desk and housekeeping staff. I was surprised by how much service has improved in a small town, and they weren't at all as stiff as people from Northwest China are known for; they spoke very gently. I was quite satisfied with their attentiveness to customer needs! The only thing that annoyed me was that after getting off the train, the taxi driver I took took a roundabout route while sharing a ride, driving me all over town! The hotel is very close to the train station! It was truly bizarre and infuriating! My good mood vanished instantly! Friends, avoid this hotel!!"

"Very comfortable to live"

"The foothold on the Northwest Great Ring Internet is recommended to navigate their parking lot directly, or you need to turn back and park. A bit far from the high-speed exit. The overall facilities are OK."

"The room was perfect"

"The overall stay experience is particularly good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was quiet at night. The front desk staff and the security brother were enthusiastic and efficient. The hot water is stable, the facilities are complete, the location is easy to find, and the travel is convenient. Very good value for money, will choose here next time, highly recommended!"
