Both the front desk and room service staff were friendly and helpful. The room was soundproof, and the air conditioning started heating up in about 7-8 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful and all dishes had a keep-warm setting, so you didn't have to worry about the food getting cold. It was also very convenient to walk to the high-speed rail station. Overall, a very good experience."
