"Stayed twice. The first experience was very bad, and I wanted to change to another hotel, but the second customer was also nearby so I didn't change. The second time I changed rooms and it was better. The main problem is that there seemed to be fewer charges for the room the second time. See the picture below. These are all chargeable items. What's worse is that the floor drain in the room was blocked on the first night, and when I took a shower, there was water all over my ankles."

"Facilities: Generally good. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy; cleaned thoroughly every day. Environment: Convenient location, especially being within walking distance to Crystal City. Service: Absolutely excellent! The front desk staff were very thoughtful and responded quickly. During my stay, there was a heavy storm and a power outage. The front desk promptly called and knocked on my door to deliver my ordered takeout, which was incredibly reassuring. The restaurant service was also outstanding, always accommodating and attentive. I was very impressed. Overall, the hospitality here made me feel right at home! I'll definitely stay here again!"
