The interior is very quiet, but there is a lack of ambience (background music? ...). Service is not at 5-star level (e.g. we were never offered help with our luggage, not even when a member of staff happened to get into the same elevator). Location is great. But price is too high."

"The room is a good size, the bed is very comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom only has a bathtub. However, there is a coffee machine and a kettle. Everything is very tidy, room cleaning is only available upon request, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 🤗 The breakfast is very varied, with a large selection of breads and rolls, hot and cold dishes, and, most importantly, good coffee."

"The hotel is very far from the city. Even though it's located outside the city, they wanted us to pay 16 euros for parking. We wanted to go to the pool, but they wanted us to pay 5 euros per person. The rooms are old, the beds and pillows weren't comfortable at all. We wanted to use the fitness center, but we regretted it. The equipment was very old and unusable. The attendant, who was watching us through the camera, constantly told us to put towels on our bottoms, spoiling our stay. I've never seen such a disgrace during my trip. I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't stay at this hotel. The service is non-existent. The staff is not friendly."

"It's actually a decent mid-range hotel. The annoying thing is that Marriott sets the bar quite high and then doesn't deliver. As a Gold status customer, I received neither the upgrade nor the welcome gift in January – and the hotel was only half empty. It's manageable, but when they advertise so heavily and then fail to deliver, it's pretty embarrassing."
