Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley ★★★★
"Although we put the Do Not Disturb placard on our door our room was entered and our luggage was rifled through. We were fortunate that we carried nothing valuable and nothing was taken. Otherwise I the hotel was adequate and our purpose was served ."

Travelodge Dudley Town Centre ★★★★
"Stayed end of July 2026. Location was perfect for Dudley Zoo and castle (within walking distance 15mins). The hotel room was as clean as it could be. Watched the The World Cup finals in the hotel room. The service when we first checked in, the reception staff was a little grumpy but that's fine. The staff the next day was helpful, allowing us to borrow an iron and a ironing board etc. Had breakfast in the morning at the accommodation for £10.85pp and it wasn't too bad (it was buffet style, there was a classic fry up, fresh fruit, very basic cereal, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt). For the price and quality - definitely recommend if you're staying for a short trip."
