"Otelin konumu iyi yokuş var fakat araba ile gelinebilir. Otelin manzarası çok iyi fakat bir kaç önemli  nokta Var. Odama yerleştikten Sonra duş almak istedim. Sıcak su yoktu Telefonla resepsiyona bağlanmak istedim telefon çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyona indim durumu bildirdim 10 dakika sonra sıcak suyun Geleceğini söylediler Sorun düzelmedi 2-3 Kere daha indim durumu bildirdim 1,5 saat sonra ancak düzelttiler. Bu benim için kötü bir deneyimdi. Onun dışında her şey çok iyiydi çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü idi."

"Okay so I paid too much for this experience to be so subpar. Where do I even begin - Most of the staff were FAR from being helpful. There’s no telephone in the room, they give a WhatsApp number to contact on…they only reply on WhatsApp sometimes and god forbid you need something at night or something goes wrong - they WON’T reply. To get to the best The rooms of the property - you have to take about 200 steps of stairs. No one wants to pay so much for the most expensive room in the hotel only to get to know that it’s the most inconvenient room. If you order food, you have to go down 200 steps and come back up. Not very well thought of design. As someone else said in another review - the walls are paper and the roof is tin, you get loud noises in the room from that tin roof all night. The stairs in the executive room are not very safe. The bathroom again - not very well thought of in terms of design which makes it inconvenient for the user. The public washroom on the ground floor don’t even think of using it. You can ask the staff for something as simple as bananas and they’ll act like you’re making their life difficult. The restaurant and in room dining menu - very limited. There was a lizard in our room but they don’t care. Too many extra switches, buttons and screens in the room lord knows why as they don’t function. The executive villa was aesthetically pleasing and cozy but they advertise it as executive villa with tea tasting and pairing which is far from the truth. They just give you tea sachets and tell you to make yourself tea. Nothing else. Not even one person tellling you anything about the tea or guiding you so that’s basically a scam. The pool has insects. The breakfast EXTREMELY LIMITED. No buffet just one curry and hoppers, one packed juice, one fresh juice. Tea sachets and warm water that’s it. In the middle of guests having breakfast they start their staff meeting within the restaurant and stop serving customers. The location is too remote and poor yet they don’t help with taxi services. They call a tuk tuk for you and ask you to go to town centre and find taxi for yourself. The location and service are the worst things about this hotel. The staff acts like you’re literally wasting their time and annoying them if you ask for literally the most basic stuff. They don’t want to accommodate with anything at all. The only nice staff member was the female staff member at the reception, I do not know her name."

"This place was great! The views, the nature, the peace, the breakfast!! I dont think you could be closer to the 9 arch bridge, outside the inn is the path to the bridge and its about 3min walk from there, downhill. Forewarned, I arrived in the evening and it was dark, I would suggest arriving in the daylight as its a little scary otherwise! The roads can only be accessed by tuktuk, they are very steep and you're so in nature my brain couldn't adjust to all the noises without visual clues...but once I seen it all in the daylight, it was amazing, my brain adjusted and I could appreciate all the nature noises. The roads are steep, but doable. Everything (other than bridge) is about 20/30min walk away. There are restaurants about 10/15mins away. I would recommend, it was one of my favourite stays, I enjoyed sitting on my balcony watching the trains come in, watching the monkeys or squirrels..enjoy!"

"Our stay here was perfect. The host is incredibly helpful and hospitable. The daily included breakfast was great, very filling and good options to choose from. The views from the property are stunning. You don’t even have to get out of bed to see a breathtaking sunrise through the bedroom window. The town centre is a short tuk tuk or 30 minute walk away. The hotel owner has his own tuk tuk and is happy to take you into/collect you from the town or other local attractions at very reasonable prices. The room itself was very clean with a comfy bed and a hot shower. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"This is our second time after 4 years. completely different hotel. very beautiful swimming pool at the edge. also there is a elevator to avoid steps. very friendly staff. it was a fabulous stay again with beautiful view delicious breakfast and we had a rice and chicken curry for the dinner"

"The pictures on the website are VERY misleading. The room looks clean and basic but what we got was something very different. The host was lovely, no fault there but the room we got was grim. The bed sheets were stained, the mesh net around the bed dusty and full of cobwebs, no hot water, a light fitting above the bed with all bare wires, the ceiling and everything was lathered in mould and even the bed felt damp and smelt of mould. The final straw was two cockroaches and 2 snails greeted me in the bathroom in the morning. Lovely view but the room is not fit for purpose"
