"The room is actually quite new and clean. But my car was scratched when I parked it in the hotel. At first, the front desk said to wait for the boss to come, and sent us the surveillance video and left our contact information. We left, and the next day they said that they needed to protect their privacy and could only show it to the police."

"Farmington OXfordshire Travelodge, room 115. Stay from 15-17 of July and rebook for 18th of July. Pam at the reception was really kind, respectful and helpful. She was empathetic and accommodating, she understands my needs. The atmosphere was friendly, welcoming and had a good vibe. The breakfast was fantastic. We felt safe, comfortable, customer service was awesome and culturally appropriate to us. The location is near shops and free parking. We felt like at home."

"We have visited Sunbury Hotel a few times now , this time we were disturbed by person or persons at 02.47am and also experienced a lot of noise transmitted from above, both of which were a first for us and certainly surprised us. The cleaning service over the three nights amounted to pulling up the bed covers which is a definite lowering of previous standards. The complimentary bottles of water and snack biscuits were not refreshed at all, and the room itself now has two large areas of damp showing in the corners which should have been attended to and at least kept clean. The hotel was busy during the weekend but the Tuesday am breakfast was attended service rather than the buffet which was great as the food was freshly prepared and served to us. A warning if you have a pet it's £20 per night now and segregation in the bar area for breakfast which is fine except for the walk through with your serving from the restaurant area before it gets cold. The grounds are superb and the outside patio are excellent, plenty of car parking. It would be interesting to see if management comment."

"We were not happy with breakfast as it was not served piping hot. Also there was no flexibility to alternate food options for example I ordered a snooty breakfast ( desi) but I am vegetarian so did not want the sausages or turkey . Also allergic to mushrooms . I was given a small omelette with a small bowl of baked beans and one small paratha.  All our friends and partners felt the same that the breakfast was not value for money no refills for tea or coffee. There were no healthy options for fruits or vegetarians . Both days our breakfast was cold. First day we all had masala dosa  the the smabhar was cold. Dosa was under cooked.  We stayed for two nights we had requested room making service: our bed was not properly made neither towels were replaced .  Overall the staff were helpful and accommodating on late check in."
