"I loved my stay at Oakmoon House! The location is ideal for walking to restaurants, the historic center and other points of interest. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows, large fluffy towels and the shutters made the room nice and dark for sleeping. The common areas were lovely, with a large dining table, a living room with comfortable couches and a nice patio area. The very modern kitchen is available for the guests to use. It is huge with everything you would need if you wanted to cook for yourself or just wanted to chill a bottle of wine in the refrigerator during your stay. While breakfast is not provided, coffee and tea is available. And, there were nice touches like motion detector lights in the stairway and halls, a keypad entry for the main door, plenty of outlets in the room, and information brochures and a restaurant guide. Sara was very helpful when I arrived recommending some nearby restaurants and offering some information about the area. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into this place to make it comfortable for the guests. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Faro and can highly recommend it!"

"The apartment is easy to find, the environment is quite good, the room is large enough, the facilities are complete, the sanitary conditions are very good, and glass bottles of water and fruits are provided. Overall very satisfied. The only slightly inconvenient thing is that we need to call the store in advance to get the password to enter the apartment and room. Maybe it's because we arrived a little late."

"When arrived was greeted by Helia who very pleasantly showed myself & daughter to our room. Was very clean, towels provided & bed made. Kitchen tidy. When was there people made effort in keeping it clean for everyone. Washroom was fine no issues as wanted shower straight away when arrived. Used Uber to get to beach isn't much cost but if you fancy a walk instead is easy to get to. Overall very impressed for the price, if go back will very much likely look to stay here again."

The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Can’t wait to return — highly recommended!"

"Very traditional hotel, nice atmosphere. The restaurant was nice. The reception is a bit small and hot, we were sorry for the staff who worked in that hot area. The rooms were quite large and nicely furnished but in one room which we asked for the extra bed, in that bed my son was attacked by bedbugs. That’s only thing that were disappointed"

"Absolutely wonderful. The staff are simply delightful too, friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely book again. They are pet friendly and even helped reunite a lost dog with it's owner. Excellent restaurant and lovely room. Very peaceful location great for Faro which is a short drive away."

"Room was clean and location was superb, convenient 10 min walk to the station. Being an old building it is rather noisy. Contact with Francisco was smooth, internet connection was good. Suitable for a brief stay in Faro as shared bathroom was rather basic. Could drop bags earlier despite the late-ish check-in time."

"We stayed here just one night. Considering the cost we were more than satisfied. The property is a few minutes walk from the center. The room, although small, was equipped with all comforts and the staff was very kind. We requested a kettle and the lady at reception was very kind. I recommend this place but not more than 1/2 nights"
