"facility: First: hot water is the same as warm water, so we just made do with it at the time. Second: there was no water in the toilet in the middle of the night. Picture 1 shows that I called the front desk in the middle of the night, but the call did not solve the problem. I suggested sending a basin over so that we could fetch water for flushing ourselves. The front desk said there was no basin and asked us to fetch water from a trash can for flushing ourselves. I did not understand because I came to the hotel for convenience. Third: Disposable slippers are as unwearable as a piece of paper. Fourth: The hotel room facilities are really poor and the air conditioner is very noisy. How did Ctrip select these 3 diamonds? Service: So-so. The cleaning lady’s service is better than the front desk. I couldn’t find the check-in place. I called the front desk, but the hotel didn’t introduce itself. I was confused. Did I call the wrong number? I confirmed whether it was this hotel. After getting the confirmation, I asked the front desk where to check in. The door number did not match the hotel name. Hygiene: The public hygiene is really a mess, but the hygiene in the room is generally okay Conclusion: I will never come here again. Ctrip's rating is not consistent with the 3-diamond rating. Ctrip really needs to review it carefully."

They even had local travel guides available at the front desk – a thoughtful touch. The best part was when I needed to print some documents. I just asked, and she immediately helped me out, not only printing them clearly but also carefully organizing them, completely solving my urgent problem. The room was also clean, tidy, and well-equipped – a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!"
