"The stay was wonderful and was walking distance to Fira's main square. Just knocked off a point because never in my life in all 30+ countries ive travelled have i ever been asked to give a tip when checking out. Very odd and inappropriate. Tipping should be a quiet option on a receipt or card machine but point blank asking 'Would you like to give us a tip' as a separate transaction after we've already paid for our stay is ridiculous."

"We have just turned up here for 3 nights, we stayed 1 night then booked somewhere else, the suites is not staffed, someone just basically randomly turns up to let you in the room, the phone numbers don’t work. The room was scruffy and dirty. The man that let us in wasn’t interested in helping resolve issues, offered us an upgraded room for an extra £300 a night. The room had a cold dirty jacuzzi pool inside the room with a dirty scum line around the water level line, no balcony as shown in booking photo, it smelled and was an eyesore. The shower trap hadn’t been cleaned out, so overflowed over your ankles while showering. Another small negative is The restaurant above tables and chairs screeching till late"

"We stayed only one night at Trieris Villa & Suites, and it was far too short. From the first moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff carried our heavy bags up all the steps, and inside the villa we discovered fresh fruits and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting. After long travel this was perfect surprise. The villa itself is spacious and full of character. There are three bedrooms, so it is ideal for a family or group of six, and each bathroom has its own style and charm. We really liked how every detail was thought through. The big terrace gives you breathtaking view of the sea and caldera. In the evening we watched the sunset with champagne, and later we even made a bed outside to lie under the stars. That memory will stay with me forever. Location is also great, only few steps away from many lovely restaurants in Fira, so you have everything close. One night was definitely not enough. Next time we visit Santorini we want to stay longer, because Trieris Villa & Suites is truly the place where you want to slow down and enjoy life."

"I love this place as it is seems quite and about 500m from Fira city center and bus station. Prior to my arrival I was not informed by the hotel property regarding self check in service and I was lost for a little while, as the property that I book is Hillside Elegance but the outside door mentioned Hillsuites. I contacted property by WhatsApp and everything is settled after that. Room was cozy and cleaned daily. Breakfast is upon order by the property."

"This was the best travel i have. everything is so good from the accommodation to the hostess is all perfect. Walking distance for all beautiful spot. Near to shopping area, restaurant, cable car, and even bars. The good thing is this accommodation is a sound proof. We slept quietly even bars are so near. The view is unbelievable. Every morning you can see 2 to 3 cruise outside. You don’t need to go somewhere because the sunset is infront of you. The hostess is very kind. She wait us and sure us to locate and got our room even we are so late. She gives recommendation about the good restaurant nearby and activities we can do at the area. In Gods will. We want to go back again 🥹"
