Please consider adding a mobile drying rack to the rooms. Guests need a place to hang their laundry after washing."

"It was pretty mediocre, but perhaps it's considered one of the better hotels in a county town. The in-room smart assistant (XiaoDu) was disabled, and cleanliness wasn't quite up to standard. There was a strong, unpleasant smell by the bed, which seemed to originate from cleaning cloths being improperly cross-used, making the bedside table area quite foul. Breakfast was quite underwhelming; the ingredients weren't fresh enough, the peanuts were moldy, and the steamed buns had a very strange taste. The hotel claims to be a 'smart hotel,' but it hardly lives up to the name; one of the curtains couldn't be opened electronically and had to be adjusted manually. I'd strongly suggest the owner enhance staff training on cleaning protocols, especially considering there was a lot of hair left in the bathroom. And the breakfast quality desperately needs an upgrade; otherwise, it's truly not worth the 200-300 RMB price point."
