"Since we were the only guests, there was no air conditioning in the building. We were probably automatically upgraded to a larger room with a great view of Mt. Fuji, but the air conditioning in that room was small and didn't heat up at all. We contacted the front desk and they brought a spare kerosene fan heater, but it wasn't enough to heat the room, so we spent the night in a cold room. The large public bath was also large, but the water was lukewarm, so we had to bear it. I'm sure the air conditioning and the bath water volume would increase if there were more guests, but if you're planning to stay, I recommend early spring or late autumn when you won't be relying on air conditioning. The good thing about this hotel is that the view of Mt. Fuji is amazing (although a nearby steel tower gets in the way), and the views of Mt. Fuji at dusk and early morning were spectacular."

"Although the hotel is located in a secluded area making it difficult to access by public transportation, parking spaces are designated for each room, making it very convenient for rental car users. The hotel entrance and exit are narrow, so you must drive carefully; tall vehicles like the Hiace are not allowed to enter (please park in a nearby vacant lot). Check-in is contactless, and you enter by pressing a keypad. The room is very spacious, which is nice. Cooking utensils are provided in the shared kitchen, so you can buy ingredients and cook your own meals. Since there is nothing around the hotel, you should prepare drinks and snacks in advance before visiting. Although the location is a bit inconvenient, I had a great stay in a spacious and comfortable room at an affordable price."
