La Campagne Hotel Fukagawa ★★

📍 6-7 3-jo, Fukagawa

"Trip.com required me to pay 21,400 yen in advance as a security deposit, and it said that it would be refunded when I checked out. Two days have passed, and I still haven't received the refund. I've called to inquire, but no action has been taken. It's been four days since I checked out. What's going on? Trip.com"
