"This was my first visit to a public onsen, so the protocol was unclear. The room we stayed had 4 twin beds which was definitely not couple-friendly. No meals were offered, so we had to either get our own food and bring it back or eat in restaurants."

"It's a bit of a walk from Fukushima station, about 600 meters, but the hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful. They provide two pillows, which is very comfortable. The bathroom is huge, and there's a shared shower room. They have cold soba noodles at night, and you can leave your luggage there. If you want overnight cleaning, just leave your key at the counter."

"The hotel has a great location. The staff were excellent and very helpful with everything, including the itinerary. We were very satisfied. Two of the staff members spoke Mandarin, which made the hotel even more welcoming. The included breakfast and dinner were of high quality and excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot spring water was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance."
