"1. Located near Minami Funabashi & Funabashi Keibajo Station on the outskirts of Tokyo (eastern side) (there is a direct route from Narita International Airport) 2. Facilities: 1 convenience store right in front, there is a large mart-like place in the surrounding area / The accommodation is cleaner than expected, but there seems to be a gap in the reservation period for guests, and the desk & kitchen (tableware, coffee pot, etc.) where dust accumulates if not paid attention to are not cleaned at all. (Disposable items are provided, but not many types.) 3. Despite the disadvantages of number 2, it is more cozy than expected and can accommodate 3 adult males. (Personally, I liked the firm mattress of the bed.) 4. If you are only going to Disneyland, this accommodation is more recommended than you might think."

"It's not far from the exhibition venue. I booked this place on short notice because I had nowhere else to stay. The price was good, but the transportation was a bit inconvenient. Getting off at the station required navigating several winding streets and back alleys. The hotel is right at a traffic light, and there's a convenience store diagonally opposite. The hotel itself is a bit old, but very clean and overall quite nice."

"10 mins walk to JR Train Lines Room is spacious enough Toilet is very clean Got Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap Got toilet paper but is recommended to reduce wastage Hairdryer, Kettle, Table light, Mini Fridge is available Wifi is available Staff will leave clean towels at your room door everyday so you dont have to worry about using the same ones for the week if youre a solo backpacker, this would be good as it is quiet place. Opposite the hotel has a 7-11. One or two blocks down around the area you get Lawson. There is a coin laundry nearby the area If you want to ride a bicycle, you can use your HELLO CYCLING app and rent one behind 7-11."
