"This is the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed in! It's terrible! Such poor value for money! For a hotel costing over 700, it's just a brand name with nothing to back it up. The high price doesn't even get you a clean oxygen machine! You can see the pictures. The oxygen concentrator, clothes hangers, and remote control were all dusty! I literally inhaled dust before I could even put the nasal cannula in! The tables in the breakfast area were also strange – all dirty, with rice grains, porridge, and eggshells. You'd think they'd been cleaned, but they weren't clean. You'd think they hadn't been cleaned, but clearly, people had eaten there and the tables had been cleared. I understand there might be staff shortages, but at least clean one table thoroughly when you're cleaning it! Otherwise, people waiting to eat will have to clean their own tables... This is so unprofessional! It's hard to believe this is a chain like Ji Hotel, and for over 700! What's the reason for that price? Don't bother staying here! Nobody's money grows on trees! What a rip-off!"

"This hotel deserves a perfect 5-star rating! The experience exceeded all expectations. It's truly one of the best-equipped hotels along the Hexi Corridor tourist route. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. Parking was easy, and the amenities were complete. Everything was spotless, and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety too. Highly recommended!"

"We chose this hotel largely because of the glowing reviews from previous guests, specifically highlighting Manager Zhu! And what a great decision it was! We were about to trek through the Changtang no-man's-land, and Manager Zhu started helping us even before we checked in, answering all our questions over the phone. Once we arrived, she went above and beyond, showing us maps and explaining everything in detail. Before we set off, she even wished us a safe journey! It was incredibly heartwarming, truly feeling like family. A special shout-out to the two young ladies in the breakfast restaurant! They specially brought us takeaway containers during breakfast so we could pack a few small cakes. Thank you! We will definitely choose you again next time!"
