Beş dakika sonra tekrar geldiler ve yine reddettik. On dakika sonra tekrar geldiler. İnanılmaz derecede sinir bozucuydu; sadece gitmemizi söylediler. Bizim masamızı temizlemeye çalışmadan önce diğer yabancıların masalarını kontrol etme zahmetine bile girmediler. On yıldan fazla bir süredir ilk kez olumsuz bir yorum yazıyorum. "Had initially booked a room for 3 nights. Booked another 3 nights on line. Notified the staff in the office regarding my extended stay, they acknowledged this and stated I could stay in my original room. After my first nights stay I received a phone call asking why I had not checked out. I explained again to the same staff member that I had extended my booking. He then denied that I had a booking. I was able to show him the booking on my phone. He then informed me that my belongings had been removed and placed in another room. Not happy, will never stay at this motel again."

"Very nice hotel. Excellent location on the waterfront close to the waterfront activities. We had a balcony which gave a view of the sea. Room was comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Big shopping centre close by. On site Tempo restaurant was very nice - great atmosphere and good food. Just beware of the portion sizes - really big!"

Considering the low price, don't expect too much. There is not much food around, and the hotel does not provide it. I don't know how the four-star rating is achieved, the standard of the chain economy hotel is not as good as it. If you have some requirements for accommodation, it is best not to book this hotel"

"Very satisfied, very quiet and clean. The most touching thing is that when my child was making up for school homework, he couldn't find a printing shop to print the test paper. The test paper was too complicated. I couldn't copy half of it, so I sent an email to the store to ask for help in printing. They were very kind and helped to print it early in the morning and handed it to me when we met. I will choose to stay here again when I bring my family to the Great Ocean Road in the future."

"The manor has an excellent environment, the boss lady has outstanding temperament, home appliances and facilities are all available, and the family breakfast is delicious. It is a bit regrettable that the check-in time must be earlier. In addition, the address navigation does not seem to be accurate enough. There is no street light in this area after dark, which caused me to get lost by driving. I also knocked on the door of the manor next door frantically. Fortunately, the owner of that house did not come out and the dog did not bark at me 😱"

"Avoid this place and book with a reputable serviced apartment provider or hotel. No reception for check in. Advertised at the time I booked as having a swimming pool when it doesn't. Over charged me $153 for extra guests and a month later they have still failed to refund my money after countless emails and phone calls."
