"This hotel delivered what it says on the tin; nothing fancy and no pretence to be stylish. The hotel is tired and needs a major update, but for the cost, it was good. Breakfast exceeded expectations and the internal gardens were a nice touch."

"Not one for a visit in hot weather! The room was baking hot and really impossible to sleep as there was no a/c, just a fan which sent hot air around the room. The food in the attached restaurant also seemed below the usual Premier Inn standard."

"Although the customer service is hard to contsct including the so called emergency number. After telling trip.com the owner finally picked up my calls. This is a Sherlock Holmes style game so that you can earn the super privilege to live inside. ON THE OPPOSITE OF THE DOOR BELL , THERE IS A SECRET BOX..... After being given a few wrong passwords and a few wrong secret box number, I could finally enter the Sherlock Holmes Manion and finally enter my room which has an ensuite toilet and bath room. The house and the room are excellent , protected by 24 hour cctv camera I would recommend this one especially if you like Sherlock Holmes."

"The usual clean and comfortable Premier Plus room with the extras provided (which you pay for), but not all Premier Plus rooms are equal. This one had a good shower with two shower heads but there was no bath and what irritated me was no anti steam up mirror. Why do some have them, others not? Plug socket on only one side of the bed, some rooms I’ve stayed have wireless charging points by the bed. There was adequate parking, it wasn’t free but didn’t cost too much. Didn’t require dinner but discovered the restaurant was shut that evening due to staff shortages. It was a comfortable stay but I’ve been in a lot of Premier Inns, up and down the country, mostly Premier Plus rooms lately and they’re not equal in the facilities they provide so I’m marking accordingly"

"Average hotel. Looks very run down entering the car park and around the outside. Ok inside. Rooms quite small and don’t have air conditioning, fan was provided but leaving the windows open at night meant I ended up with a number of bites. Also, the noise from the road nearby meant there was the regular noise of cars through out the night every few mins. Unlikely to stay again unfortunately. 😢"

"Not the best premier inn we havd been to , issues with bathroom due to my mobility issues Breakfast on first morning there was no cooked breakfast ready had to wait over half hour for it to be cooked !! Even though the restaurant had been open 1 1/2 hours all ready The room was lovely and bed was very comfy"

"When in Gillingham, (Kent) why stay in the usual Hotel 'Box' when there are options like the Nikoda Lodge in Gillingham, Kent, England . A pretty little guest house right across from a park, with a nicely renovated bathroom -to a high hotel standard. The owners are great, and are there for anything you need. (If not on site, remotely able to assist you through the webcam.) -This would be a fantastic option for those with longer stays, (work crews etc.) with a huge kitchen, and everything you need to have home cooked meals while on the road. As a matter of fact, 3 different sets of people can cook their meals at the same time! - It has a 7 burner stove with 3 ovens and a warming oven. Also with the usual kettle etc. there was a 4 slice toaster, a blender, an air fryer and cupboards and a shelf for each unit. I was super impressed. -For the smokers like me, there are two ground floor rooms that have outside doors right off the rooms leading out to the covered smoking area for our convenience. -I would Defiantly stay here again!"
