"Small, charming hotel. It has a FABULOUS view of the Eiger North Face. The concierge was really kind and took the time to speak "good German" with us Ticinese, when EVERYONE only speaks Bernese dialect (and a strong one at that) and English. He explained how to get around Grindelwald by public transportation and where (and how) to take buses to the Jungfrau. He really put in the effort, I must say. Thank you. The hotel is about 600 meters from the Grindelwald train station, NOT the terminal, but the terminus. But there are buses coming and going, so no problem."

"The front desk staff were very warm and humorous. I checked out during the day and asked them to store my luggage. When I went back to pick it up in the evening to catch the last bus, I was in a hurry. They comforted me, saying there was still time, and gave me a bottle of water. They also wished me a pleasant journey. I was really touched. I wish the hotel would do better and better and the staff would be happy every day."

"Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the center and there is a supermarket downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby. The mountain can be seen from the balcony of the room👍🏻 and the first station is within walking distance. But the reception office is only open until 7pm. During the stay, the hair dryer in the room was broken. I called the reception and was told that the reception was closed. The call was an emergency call. There was no hair dryer that night, and my friend had to use a towel to dry his hair😓 It was a good night to dry the hair first..."

Jungfrau teleferiğine yürüme mesafesinde ve biletinizle (tren biletinde 5 CHF tasarruf etmek için biletinizi kullandığınızdan emin olun) First Mountain'a 10 dakikalık otobüs yolculuğu mesafesinde. Geç rezervasyon yaptığım için, oda zemin katta 6 kişilik karma bir odaydı, hafif nemli bir kokusu vardı ve bir yayın sesi duyuluyordu. "I booked this hotel on Trip.com just one day before checking in. Hotels in Grindelwald are generally quite expensive, so I was really happy to find one for around 3000 for two nights. Upon entering the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised! My room was on the sixth floor, and when I opened the window, I was greeted by the 'dreamy hillside' view, with the north face of the Eiger, cable cars, and miniature trains winding through the mountains. My stay was fantastic."
