The only need-to-improve point is the bathroom amenities and cleanliness. Especially the heavily clogged water tap and the damaged shower handling were not convenient and caused uncomfortable experience."

"We enjoyed our stay in Brother Hotel, the clean friendly cozy hotel with a lot of sofas and karaoke in the lobby. The staffs are friendly, location is super, a lot of special Solo's meals restaurant are around. The bathroom is clean, shower was very good and good water heater that instantly provide warm water, aircon also in a good condition."

"actually this is the fourth times We stay here, and this trip is the worst, once we enter the room, towel not ready, hair dryer broken, kettle broken. our rooms located at 5th floor and the worst is before 7am they already do the croud on level 3 with maximum sound and make my child can not sleep well. we want to get rest after long drive and they make us awake early morning."
