"Upon entering, I was greeted by a strong odor. When I tried to use the hot water, there was no hot water coming out. I asked the front desk, and they said they would come up and check. When they came up, they didn't even look and just said the water heater in this room was broken and they would change rooms (think about it). The water flow was extremely low, and the water wasn't very hot. Even at night, I could hear cars passing by and pedestrians talking. The "free" parking method involved parking in a paid parking space outside and giving them a receipt when leaving to reimburse the parking fee."

There were an overwhelming number of mosquitoes; even with mosquito repellent, I was bitten awake several times and ended up with multiple bites all over my body. The KTV downstairs was still having a blast at 2 AM, and the air conditioner was incredibly loud! Then, around 2 AM, it suddenly went silent, stopped working, and started dripping water – water dripped directly onto my head when I went in and out of the bathroom! In the summer heat, the air conditioner not working at 2 AM woke me up from the heat! There was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience caused to guests; the service was unprofessional."
