Their service was meticulous and thoughtful, escorting us to our room, answering all our questions along the way. "The staff told us that the rooms of the booking were too humid because of the rain, so they move us from floor 2 to floor 4. The two rooms were nice and clean and with all the amanities we need. The staff has been really nice. They helped us also to find a travel agency for the cruise on the river, the ticket costs 360rmb for a 4 stars boat and the agency charged us 20 rmb more per person for the bus to the hotel to the pier, a nightmare. Leaving at 7:30 for the departure at 9:30 and more than one hour with a guide that spend half of the time trying to sell products. So the hotel is really nice but the suggestions less."
