I called customer service and they said it would end at 10pm. . . . So there is no way to rest too early. The room we were given had closed windows, with the hotel sign outside. To put it bluntly, it was almost like having no windows. There was no hot water when entering the room, and the staff took a long time to fix it. The sink was broken. . . . There was a big dirty black stain on the sofa. Used the laundry room which was ok. To be honest, I have stayed in many Vienna International hotels, and the decoration of this one is relatively poor, and the environment is not as good as many other hotels. I will not go to this hotel again."
