We went in early May so,the a la carte restaurants were closed ,plus you can only visit one per week. We stayed in the main hotel. No complaints with the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Ozzy at the lobby bar. The location is good for local shops. Bodrum Marina is beautiful and more affluent. We ate there most nights. Sadly it's the food that let's the hotel down .it's repetitive and cold by the time you sit down . The salad section is great . Music plays until 2 am . We wouldn't stay again. However we would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff,from house keeping to reception to waiters .

When my husband and I arrived we were allocated the wrong room. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which they knew about, and they put us in a twin room. We were finally given a double room the following afternoon. The rooms are definitely in need of an update. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything the neighbours are doing. Although the towels were replaced daily, the bedding was not and we had to get housekeeping to replace the sheets after day 6 and they also washed the floor. Previously the floor was just swept. We also had to request toilet rolls as they were not replenished. Maybe we were just unlucky and got a bad maid! At the main buffet, there was not a lot of hot choice for vegetarians but they had a big selection of salads. Service at the buffet was not good. We always had to get the wait staff’s attention to get some water. Surely they should come straight over when you sit down to ask if you wanted anything to drink. Our favourite dining venue was the Italian for both lunch and dinner. Food was fresh and hot and the service was excellent. As well as the main pool, we did try the Relax pool on two occasions. It was empty both times and obviously hadn’t been looked after. You had to bring towels down from the other pool and drinks as there was no bar. I’m assuming this would probably change during peak season. There was lots of cat poo under the sun beds which also needed a clean. Would I return or recommend? No. Too many things would need to change but as it was quite a cheap holiday, I suppose you get what you paid for.

It’s great. It’s the most satisfying hotel during my trip to Turkey. Highly recommended! The hotel is beautiful, blue and white with bougainvillea, close to the Aegean Sea, and very atmospheric. The room is very large and the balcony is also very large. On the first day of check-in, the room was filled with welcome fruit desserts and a bottle of red wine. It was so sincere! The breakfast is also great. The restaurant is on the beach. After eating, you can go directly to the beach to bask in the sun. Dry towels and drinks are always ready, which makes it full of romance. The service staff were warm and friendly. They called us a taxi and helped us communicate with the driver, which saved us a lot of trouble.

A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

I had a lovely stay in this gorgeous boutique hotel run a by lovely young couple who made me feel very welcome and at home. The room was very clean and well appointed, nice pool area, amazing views over Gumbet Bay and a lovely poolside bar. If I come back to Gumbet I will certainly book here again.

9 nights to gumbet staying at the baba next door to Nagi, however very disappointed to see how dirty and run down babas beach side was so I went along to nagi to use their beach side (all hotels happy for you to do this if you purchase drinks/food) Customer service from all staff was amazing, good mornings/good afternoons, remembered your name, what you drink! Ordered and Brought the drinks and food to your sun lounger, always smiling, happy, get to know you as a friend not just a customer. Run a tab for the day and pay at the end of day. Food was amazing, chicken sandwiches, Toasties, omlèttes were my main go to for lunch and all come woth chips and salad, all for around £3. Staff constantly walking around serving. More staff cleaning the beach area, tidying the loungers once people left, wiping down tables and loungers, even had a net to sift thru the water for litter in there at times. When I used the pool side toilets, always staff there cleaning or restocking, not once did I see a mess or sandy wet floors like u often do. Security at the hotel entrance. Any dogs or cats that came on beach were scurried off by staff so they didn't pester for food. free WiFi Literally can't fault this hotel for its beach side and food service. Spoke to many of their customers who said great hotel, inclusive breakfast was great, fresh omelette cooked to order. The Poyz hotel is one of the nicest places that we have stayed in Turkey. The price was right and competitive. The location was perfect and within few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was large, modern, beautiful, and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was customized, delicious, and included everything. The staff were very friendly, courteous, gracious, and helpful. I had a parking spot right in front of the hotel. We definitely plan to return and stay here again hopefully soon.

Let's start with the positives. Our room on the third floor at the front overlooking the sea was very spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and very nice bed linen. The only thing we didn't find that would have been useful was an iron and ironing board. The views from the balcony were stunning. The bathroom was large with good toiletries and space to put things away. The shower may not have been the most powerful but worked fine and hot water was always available. Breakfast was excellent, served until 11 am, with an extensive buffet selection and cooked to order items. On the less positive side, whilst the mornings were great the beach bar DJ started up at 2 pm with thumping bass'y music increasing in volume as the afternoon went on. This doesn't make for a relaxing time on the beach. Whilst to be expected in the main season we had not anticipated this in the first week in October. It was quieter sitting by the pool but if you like to sit on the beach in peaceful and tranquil surroundings this is not the place for you. The other significant negative was the excessively expensive food and drink. For some bizarre reason the menus are priced in Euros but billed in Turkish Lira which makes checking the bill quite difficult. Very few bottles of wine under 100 Euros and food choices were limited unless you wanted to pay a fortune. This had the effect of pushing guests away from the hotel to eat and drink; those who could easily afford it simply weren't prepared to pay unrealistic prices for what was on offer. A bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush was over 2,000 Lira when you could buy exactly the same in the supermarket five minutes walk up the road for 300 Lira. A 600%mark-up seems somewhat greedy! Unlikely we will stay here again.

Well well well the disaster in bodrum /Gumbet called Bodrum Park (so-called) hotel Was the worst part of my trip there They are like the jail in bodrum with so many ridiculous rules and also no wifi :) Don’t get fool with the pool photo It’s abandoned at night :) and early mornings :)) You will have no wifi at your room You are not allowed to have food at your stay from outside it’s forbidden at rooms and you have to pay extra to the foolish mangers there to be allowed to have food from out side and their own breakfast man itttt sucks :/ They didn’t give me towels and they told me ok if you decided to cancle your stay we won’t give your money back well here is what you need to know just don’t stay there if you wanna try just book for one night which is also not allowed 😄😅OMG they are so undeveloped in any aspect of traveling 😂😂 well if I knew you won’t change my rob won’t clean my room won’t let me eat or swim won’t be even nice I wouldn’t book that stupid dirty boring undeveloped place at allll Please do not spoil your vacation with booking this place

I stayed here for 4 weeks in august 2022 and it’s been an amazing holiday. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Pool and bar area is quite big and also nice. The staff are so helpful and nice. It is close to road, restaurants and bar street but you can hardly hear any noise. I will definitely stay here next year!

- Our room was a legend - Generally, the facility and the room were clean - Our room was 1+1 bedroom in the shape of the living room and really comfortable. - Our kitchen was very good. The bag knife sheet was with a mini-doll January. It was very good to enjoy the view on TV or balcony, especially when my wife cooked. - Although it was winter, we started air conditioning for about an hour and it was enough in two rooms. We took a very warm family holiday. ** The only problem was the smell in the toilet, I don't know whether there's any problem with the municipality or whether it was temporary, but whatever happened we spent wonderful 2 days. Once again, I'll be sure 😊

During our holiday, I would like to thank Mr. Kerem, the staff and manager of the hotel, who has a clue. They are interested in all their guests. We felt in our house, we stayed in the cellar as the most reliable, clean and location we stayed in one of the best hotels. As a distance, we stayed in the entertainment centres and beaches. Our room was very clean, all things were new. We have had a very nice holiday, and I recommend those who want to stay in the giant especially.
