There's a balcony, but there's no partition between it and the next room, which made me uneasy. 4. There's something to lock the room from the inside, but it looks very fragile and makes me uneasy. 5. The location is good. 6. I suppose it's unavoidable since prices in the surrounding area have been rising recently."
