"I had the most amazing time at Westin. The hotel was very clean and the buffet was simply amazing. I opted for both breakfast and dinner buffet. The room was very clean and luxurious with a lot of amenities. I also used the hotel gym (24 hrs btw) and the pool. I had an early morning flight and the hotel gave me packed breakfast which was the highlight. I will definitely be returning back soon."

"We recently celebrated my grandmother’s birthday at Heritage Village Resorts & Spa, and the entire experience was truly wonderful. We stayed for two days, and from the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was handled with warmth, care, and exceptional hospitality. The resort has a beautiful heritage-inspired ambience that makes the whole experience feel special. The rooms were comfortable, the property was beautifully maintained, and there was a perfect balance of luxury, greenery, and traditional charm. It was an ideal setting for a family celebration and gave us plenty of opportunities to spend quality time together. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make my grandmother’s birthday feel memorable and ensured that all the arrangements were taken care of smoothly. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail made a big difference. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and quality across our meals. Everything was well presented and enjoyable, and the overall dining experience added beautifully to the celebrations. Most importantly, the resort created a lovely atmosphere for our entire family to come together and celebrate such a special occasion. My grandmother had a wonderful birthday, and we left with some very happy memories. A big thank you to the entire team at Heritage Village Resorts & Spa for making our two-day celebration so comfortable, special, and memorable. We truly appreciate the effort and hospitality shown by everyone. Highly recommended for family celebrations, special occasions, and a relaxing getaway!"

"I just went to this place for breakfast at their The bridge restaurant, the overall experience was okay. Staff is very nice and the food is also fine as per the price. So their Puri bhaji, sandwich and idlis were decent. So If I'm tight on my budget and want to try food which is okay in taste, might try it. They still need to work a bit on maintaining the property well and keeping it clean."

"Having stayed at multiple Ramada properties, the Gurugram branch was by far the worst experience. Breakfast was completely ruined by staff members shooting social media reels and video content around guests in the dining area. Instead of focusing on guest comfort and basic table service, the staff’s priority was clearly on their phones and cameras. Requests were ignored, the service was chaotic, and guest privacy was completely disregarded. A hotel breakfast should be a relaxing experience, not a social media set. Will not be returning."

Trident, Gurgaon ★★★★★
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!"
