Shuttle otobüslerle ulaşım çok rahat. Havalimanı kapısından dışarı çıktığınızda otel logolu arabayı görebilirsiniz. Ücretsiz ulaşım kartı, şehir merkezine 10 numaralı otobüse binin. Çeşmeye, büyük çiçek türlerine vb. ulaşmak sadece 20 dakika sürüyor. Kahvaltı çeşitleri oldukça fazla.

Cenevre'deki Hotel Royal'de geçirdiğim son konaklamam olağanüstüydü. Varış anımdan itibaren, klasik zarafet ve sıcak, özenli hizmetin mükemmel bir karışımıyla tanımlanan bir deneyim yaşadım. Otel, sakin ve prestijli bir semtte yer almasına rağmen, göle, Jet d'Eau'ya ve büyüleyici Eski Şehir'e sadece keyifli bir yürüyüş mesafesinde olmasıyla ideal bir konumda bulunuyor. Şehrin telaşından uzak, sakin bir kaçış noktası ve eşsiz bir erişilebilirlik sunuyor. Ancak konaklamayı gerçekten farklı kılan şey, personeldi. The reception is so friendly and helpful, she tells us too many things about transportation of Geneva. Also, the reception allow us check in earlier. Very good experience.

Tren istasyonuna 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Otelden çıktığınızda sola dönün ve on metre yürüyün. Kavşaktaki batık meydan, tren istasyonunun yer altı alışveriş merkezidir. hediyelik eşya satın almak için harika. Kapı anahtarı çok tatlı ama dışarı çıkarken kapıyı anahtarla kilitlemeyi unutmamalısın, yoksa kilitlemezsin. Diğerleri içinse kolu çevirin ve kapıyı itin. Otelin hemen yanında kızarmış karides servisi yapan bir restoran var 🍤 Peynir fondünün tadı tuhaf ve buna alışamıyorum. Genel olarak son derece memnunum. Bir dahaki sefere Cenevre'ye gelme fırsatı bulduğumda burada tekrar kalmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

Bu oteli seçmek kötü bir fikir değil, 4⭐, köklü bir geçmişi var, temiz ve düzenli, ıslak ve kuru kısımları ayrı, otelin gerçekten iyi saç kremi ve nemlendirici sağladığını da belirtmekte fayda var. Otel, Cenevre Gölü'nde otobüs ve gezilere binmenize olanak sağlayan ücretsiz bir ulaşım kartı sağlamaktadır. Kahvaltı biraz basit.

房間特別非常好的酒店。半夜火車到達日內瓦，出租車十幾分鍾就開到了。就算深夜到達，前台的工作人員也是很熱情的接待。一層的區域是需要消費才能入座的。一層的衞生間很棒！

İyi konum. Mini bar için ekstra ödeme yapmaya çalıştığında bozuk para kabul etmediler. Spor salonu çok küçüktü, 3 kişiyle kalabalıktı.

As a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
