I pre-booked hotel car for airport and drop off by email and confirmed the departure time with the hotel receptionist again when I arrived at the hotel. However they still missed my booking. They couldn’t arrange the hotel car at the end but arrange a taxi for me. The hotel facilities are ok, but the receptionist staff is not professional.

I loved this hotel because the staff were so universally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was just lovely. I had two great meals there. Good value for money too. My one big complaint is the room was way too hot. It was 33°C. The air conditioning didn't work. The only advice I could be given was open the window. The 3 inches it opened. Nothing worked and it did make sleep difficult. Such a shame as it puts me off rebooking for October when I go again. There is an excellent ”Walking Street” opposite the hotel with restaurants and bars, so I'll be sad to change to a different hotel. Fix the room temperature, please!

The location of the hotel is by walking distance to attraction such as Chinggis Khan museum,Sukhbaatar square, Government Palace. Room is very spacious. Bathroom’s rainshower and headshower are excellent with strong water pressure. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Hotel staffs are polite and kind. Great view from the room overlooking a big local temple and houses on the hill.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are big and the staff are very friendly. All staff speak fluent English. The breakfast is excellent and delicious. The food in the other restaurants in the hotel is also very tasty, and the food service is at a very high level. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone,

The hotel has a great location. Using the UBcab app, a taxi costs about two or three US dollars to get to the city center. The hotel is located on the 11th to 13th floors, with a shopping mall and two floors of restaurants downstairs. However, most restaurants close around 7 PM, so you'll need to go to nearby restaurants. Although the room is right next to the train tracks, there's no noise from midnight until 6 or 7 AM. Trains don't run frequently outside of these hours, so I, who's sensitive to noise, didn't need the earplugs provided by the hotel. We booked a quad room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The two single beds were located in a dead corner of the room, and the comforter was too thick, so the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it a bit warm! We saw two insects, which was a bit surprising! The air conditioner malfunctioned for two consecutive nights. On the first night, the staff arrived and contacted someone else, and it was back to normal after about ten minutes. On the second night, the air conditioner stopped working again (the screen didn't display the temperature), but it suddenly returned to normal after about ten minutes. I called the staff online, but it suddenly returned to normal. I hope the hotel addresses this issue! We rented for four days and three nights. The room was serviced on the second day, but not on the third. The young male receptionist at the front desk spoke good English and was very polite. He deserves our praise!

I booked a 2-night stay, but after just one night and one morning here, I feel the need to share my experience. I was really looking forward to the hotel breakfast after days of traveling on the outskirts. However, despite paying for a breakfast buffet, I wasn’t given any choice of what to eat. The only option served included bacon, beef sausage and sunny side ups, which all of the above could be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions. When I asked about alternatives, the staff were unhelpful—even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only two tables occupied. Communication was also frustrating. I understand there may be a language barrier, so we used a translation app to clearly request coffee creamer and butter. Even then, we ended up with four black coffees and no butter. When I asked for tomato sauce, I was given warm tomato pasta sauce instead. Small issues, but they added up to a frustrating experience. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep, this hotel might be fine. But if you expect good service and attention to detail, it may not meet expectations. A hotel stay can make or break a trip, and for a four-star hotel, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider Millennium Hotels in general. To make matters worse, after I raised my complaint, the hotel agreed to refund my breakfast. However, they insisted I bear their platform and marketing fees on Trip.com, so it wasn’t a full refund. Lolol. I would have gladly paid 100% for my breakfast if it was what I had actually paid for. Yet, when the hotel is at fault, they refuse to take 100% responsibility and still expect to avoid any loss. Looking back, I wish I had listened to my friend’s recommendation and booked the Kempinski Khan Hotel instead.

來之前看評價還有些忐忑，擔心會有各種問題，但現在可以拍胸脯説，這家是可以放心住的酒店。 價格在烏蘭巴託不算高，位置相對優越，街對面是在建的購物中心，離中心城區步行20min的距離，酒店一層還有自己的咖啡館，可以稍適休息。遠看比較顯眼，但走的時候有點蜿蜒，沒那麼好找，一層是韓式餐廳的招牌，比較迷惑。酒店附近有別的高樓，但沒有遮擋景色很嚴重。 離火車站4km，步行約40min，我們到的時候1030左右，酒店很貼心，提前辦理了入住。房間很大，讓人心曠神怡，床鋪鬆軟，24h熱水（蒙古酒店不一定都有），大浴缸，毛巾舒服，給的沐浴露等質量也都不錯。 問題一個是插座太少，整個房間一共兩個，一個還在廁所…不太方便。一個是沒有客房服務，因為就住兩晚，溝通也不便，我就沒去要求清掃。 但總體瑕不掩瑜，下榻烏蘭巴託的好選擇。

It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

Old and quite basic. Staff hardly speaks English so almost no interactions with guests. Only 1 bottle of water given a day. Wifi is horrible! Keeps dropping every couple of minutes and had to reconnect every time. Location is good.
