"I booked a 2-night stay, but after just one night and one morning here, I feel the need to share my experience. I was really looking forward to the hotel breakfast after days of traveling on the outskirts. However, despite paying for a breakfast buffet, I wasn’t given any choice of what to eat. The only option served included bacon, beef sausage and sunny side ups, which all of the above could be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions. When I asked about alternatives, the staff were unhelpful—even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only two tables occupied. Communication was also frustrating. I understand there may be a language barrier, so we used a translation app to clearly request coffee creamer and butter. Even then, we ended up with four black coffees and no butter. When I asked for tomato sauce, I was given warm tomato pasta sauce instead. Small issues, but they added up to a frustrating experience. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep, this hotel might be fine. But if you expect good service and attention to detail, it may not meet expectations. A hotel stay can make or break a trip, and for a four-star hotel, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider Millennium Hotels in general. To make matters worse, after I raised my complaint, the hotel agreed to refund my breakfast. However, they insisted I bear their platform and marketing fees on Trip.com, so it wasn’t a full refund. Lolol. I would have gladly paid 100% for my breakfast if it was what I had actually paid for. Yet, when the hotel is at fault, they refuse to take 100% responsibility and still expect to avoid any loss. Looking back, I wish I had listened to my friend’s recommendation and booked the Kempinski Khan Hotel instead."

"Çok sayıda restoran ve mağazaya yakın olması açısından mükemmel bir konum. Odalar ve banyo çok temizdi! Duş kabinleri çok genişti! Sahipleri çok nazik ve hoştu! Her sabah bize kahvaltı servis etmelerini beğendim. Ayrıca kendi yemeğimi pişirmek zorunda kalırsam kullanabileceğim bir mutfaklarının olmasını da beğendim! Ulan Bator şehir turuna çıkmak isteyen biri için bakılacak çok sayıda turist broşürü var. Ayrıca egzersiz yapmak için bir koşu bandı, izlemek için bir televizyon ve çalmak için bir gitar, bir misafirin ihtiyacı varsa oturmak için sandalyeler ve koltuklar vardı. Ulan Bator'a tekrar gelirsem bu otelde kalmaktan büyük mutluluk duyarım!"

"The hotel is in a good location but is in need of renovation. The furnitures are old and tired. The area is very noisy and the doors are not soundproofed. It was an expensive amount of money for what you get. The breakfast was ok- with an egg station. The front desk was helpful and even ordered us a taxi to the airport."

"I love this hotel, if ever i will go back again to Mongolia i will stay here again. This is one of my most memorable trip, also love the breakfast buffet but kindly add more options. This trip is so unforgettable, it is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in my life."

"Moğolistan'daki otellerin fiyatları yüksek ama burası oldukça iyi. Yakınlarda otobüs durakları, restoranlar ve bankalar var. Ülkede döviz bozdurmak neredeyse imkansız. Nakit çekmek, taksiye binmek ve nakit yemek yemek için kredi kartı kullanmalı. Ayrıca Moğolistan'da tarifeli taksi bulunmamaktadır. Sadece yol kenarından el sallayabilirim"

"Blue Sky Hotel, Moğolistan'ın Ulan Batur kentinde bulunan olağanüstü ancak çok uygun fiyatlı bir oteldir. Tatilinizin iki veya üç gecesini burada geçirerek otelin çevresindeki tüm simge yapıların ve aktivitelerin tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. Fiyatına göre fena olmayan tipik bir şehir oteli. Personel güler yüzlü ve odalarda klima, ücretsiz wifi, banyo malzemeleri, havlular, saç kurutma makinesi, diş fırçası, şampuan ve sabun gibi tüm olanaklar mevcut. Otelde spa ve kapalı yüzme havuzu bulunmaktadır ve odalardan görülen manzara muhteşemdir. Otel, 10 dakika veya daha kısa yürüme mesafesinde çok sayıda restoran, kafe ve barla çevrilidir."

"The hotel was fine and I have no complaints. I found my room to be clean and pleasant, and the service to be OK. It is conveniently located in a mall and has a convenience store right next door. They were having an issue with the key cards when I stayed there where I had multiple issues pressing the floor my room was on. I had to manually get this fixed several times at the front desk. Additionally, I don't know if they are associated with the hotel, but the coffee shop in the lobby is awful and has horrible service. My last complaint: I was asking the man who worked at the front desk to restore access to my room, given this key card issue as I had a meeting in 2 minutes I was running late to. He was trying to sell me a hotel-associated taxi that was overpriced, which annoyed me."

"The location of the hotel is by walking distance to attraction such as Chinggis Khan museum,Sukhbaatar square, Government Palace. Room is very spacious. Bathroom’s rainshower and headshower are excellent with strong water pressure. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Hotel staffs are polite and kind. Great view from the room overlooking a big local temple and houses on the hill."

"總結：我下次還會再來入住的酒店。對照價格和提供服務，已是物超所值，不能苛求。較新樓6室2廳的大套房子，4個公共洗手間的客棧，2個客廳是公共空間和開放廚房。對比價格，設施和位置，在烏蘭巴託很好的選擇，樓下就有超市賣新鮮蔬菜和水果，附近吃飯也很方便，去主要景點也很方便，衞生條件已經很好了，硬件設施秒殺主城區裏赫魯曉夫樓同類客棧，配套電器也很好。每天上午遇到有人退房，有時候多少會有些聲響，習慣早睡早起就還好。 Tips： 1）客棧費用是衹收美元現金。建議出國之前提前準備好，烏蘭巴託銀行週末難找到換美元人工櫃枱服務，往往週一到週五銀行才有櫃枱服務換美元； 2） 最好把入住大致時間提前郵件告知，我遇到烏蘭巴託機場出來大堵車，烏蘭巴託堵車太可怕； 3）一定要仔細閲讀店家發出的郵件； 4）10.1假期客棧已經有集中供暖晚上很暖和； 5）烏蘭巴託機場賣SIM手機卡會到點下班。晚上航班可能無法辦當地實體手機卡，遊客手機卡要週一到週五去電信公司櫃麪辦理 （便利店裡賣的SIM卡遊客無法用） 6）機場部分ATM銀聯卡可能取不出蒙圖，提前準備好些人民幣現金，可以機場用現金換些蒙圖做備用方案； 7） 烏蘭巴託之前下載好手機離線地圖做備用."

"The Hotel has seen quite a few years. However, it did age very well and is very good maintained. I enjoyed it more than the Hotel I stayed at before, which was 3 times more expensive."
