"Fantastic stay in Ulaanbaatar – highly recommended! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. For a hotel right in the city center during peak season, the price was super reasonable. The room is well-maintained and the decor still feels quite fresh and modern. The location is absolutely perfect. It is within easy walking distance to all the main tourist spots in Ulaanbaatar, such as Sukhbaatar Square, the Chinggis Khaan National Museum, and the State Department Store. Given that traffic in downtown Ulaanbaatar is notoriously bad, walking is definitely much faster than taking a car! I was also impressed by the comprehensive range of toiletries provided. Everything you could possibly need—toothpaste, a comb, a razor, and a shower cap—was all there, and they even included a sewing kit! The staff speak fluent English, making communication a breeze. They were also incredibly helpful—after I checked out to head to Terelj National Park, they kindly assisted me in booking a taxi. If I ever visit Ulaanbaatar again, I will definitely choose to stay here!"

"The hotel looked like the photos and breakfast was good. The restaurant waitstaff was attentive and polite. The location was ok too. My issue was that I booked this hotel specifically because it had a/c. But my room’s a/c was broken for my entire 5 night stay. No one seemed to care or understand why this was a problem. Each hotel employee told me a different reason for the broken a/c. No one tried to fix it though. I was very upset about the lack of a/c. I could’ve stayed at a hotel without a/c for half the price! This is not what I expect from an international brand."

"Nice and brand new hotel Terelj National Park. Rooms are comfortable but the toilets are a little weird as the shower heads are fixed and there is no where to put your amenities when you are showering. But otherwise, can’t complain and the stay was comfortable."

"A really excellent hotel! The reception staff are so friendly and professional, and they speak very good English. They helped give me directions to nearby ATMs and also called a taxi service for me to go to the airport on my last day. The room was always very clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a laundry service that is quite cheap, and it was very convenient - you just have to put your dirty clothes in a bag and give it to reception, and they will return it to your room (usually on the same day). The breakfast was also delicious - a combination of a cooked breakfast, fruits, yoghurts, salad, cereals and cakes, along with tea, coffee and juice. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back!"

It is worth staying. There are disposable slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, water, and everything for the shower. We liked it."

"The room, including the bedroom, is about 60 square meters, which feels very spacious. Ulaanbaatar can be expensive, so it's great that I could cook in the hotel; all the basic amenities were there. Plus, there's a Chinese restaurant downstairs that's quite affordable. I've stayed here for 10 days and am checking out today. In one word: amazing!"
