"A nice hotel located away from the busy city centre. Nice garden with surrounding pine trees. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. However, floor was dirty. Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices every morning. Staff were all charming and friendly. I particularly liked all the freshly cut flowers displayed in restaurant and reception area"

"This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff."

"There are a few points would like to bring up 1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional, However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on. 2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no. 3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way. 4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient 5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room. 6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively 7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore. 8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter 9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service. Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then. Thank you!"

"Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a great experience staying at grand sierra. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"nice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us. I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities"

"We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee. Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv. However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations. Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary."
