Even if I want to buy something on my way out, if it's displayed like that, I'll assume it's closed and I can't buy it... I'll just give up and buy it somewhere else... I think that would change sales... Also, regarding the drink vending machine in front of it, apparently they gave me milk even though I bought a cafe au lait in a carton... When I told them about it, they apologized, but then they seemed to be asking what I should do, so I just said "it's okay" and left it at that. But isn't it the customer service industry to act quickly and say, "We'll give you the real thing, so please wait a moment.""
