"This hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from an open stadium. To its left, there's a riverside promenade, and to its right, a public park. With a food street and Hualian Supermarket nearby, it's incredibly convenient for leisure, dining, and shopping. The rooms are simply decorated with a practical layout, featuring plenty of useful counter space and no unpleasant odors. The bedding, towels, and bath towels are very clean, and the mattress and pillows are soft and comfortable. The staff are warm and polite. The hotel offers complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the driver was very courteous and proactively helped with our luggage – we really appreciate that. The hotel breakfast is excellent; although the variety isn't huge, it's very practical and ensures you're well-fed and satisfied. The hotel also has central air conditioning. All the staff are very enthusiastic and polite, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the hot water pressure is great. The only minor drawback was the disposable slippers, which were a bit noisy and felt very plastic-like. Overall, this hotel surpasses most 3-star hotels, offers incredible value for money, and is highly recommended."

"I took the train from Delingha back to Xining and flew back to Shanghai the next day. Because it's close to the airport, I chose this hotel again. (I also chose this hotel for the outbound trip; I've reviewed it separately.) This time, there were no misunderstandings. The room was clean and spacious, making it easy to organize my luggage. ^_^ The front desk clerk also booked me an airport transfer for the next day. (I recommend leaving a little extra time when asking for the transfer time; the time suggested by the front desk is a bit short, so if you're checking luggage, leave more.) All in all, this hotel is perfect for an overnight layover. It's a great value. The staff are all very nice, and the driver who picks me up is also very nice. 👍"

I had communicated with the hotel beforehand about airport transfers, but because I used a coupon from Ctrip, the hotel said the cost of airport transfers was too high for my booking and refused to provide the service. "I wanted to leave a bad review as soon as I checked out. I booked a family room but was upgraded to an executive room at the front desk. However, the master bedroom was 30 degrees Celsius, unbearably hot, and opening the window did nothing to improve the temperature. Oh, and by the way, the rooms facing the hotel have a direct view of the elevated highway and high-speed rail line, so the soundproofing of the windows is very poor. I called the front desk at 1 a.m., and they suggested I change rooms. I asked them to lower the temperature of the underfloor heating, but that didn't help either. I finally managed to fall asleep with the air conditioning on. The Chinese restaurant was practically unmanned; don't expect any service here. Staying here is worse than staying at a Ji Hotel."
