The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator. Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax. Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. "Our flight arrived at Xining Caojiabao Airport on May 22, 2026, at almost midnight. The driver from Hanting Hotel picked us up smoothly and took us to the hotel. The female receptionist warmly welcomed us and helped us book a carpool to Xining city center for May 23rd. The breakfast was also delicious. What truly touched us was when we checked out; several staff members, seeing that we were older, came out to help us with our luggage and escorted us to our car. We felt incredibly cared for. We've already returned to Shanghai on June 2nd, and we're writing this review to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff at Hanting Hotel!"

"The environment was quiet and clean, the room was comfortable and cozy, and it didn't disturb our study or rest at all. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful and attentive; they proactively extended our check-out time, showing great attention to detail. "We booked this hotel while connecting flights in Xining. Perhaps it was the off-season, but we were pleasantly surprised by the price for such a great hotel. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. Upon entering, we were given snacks and yogurt. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed there for two days, and I couldn't get enough. The hotel also offers airport transfers. We arrived around 10 PM, and as soon as our plane landed, the driver called to pick us up on time. Our drop-off was at 5 AM, and the front desk had a wake-up call and gave us a Western breakfast with yogurt and fruit. It was so thoughtful. With such a great price and excellent service, I was so happy. I'll definitely stay here again in Xining. Thank you to the front desk and the driver who dropped us off. It was so early, and we apologize for the inconvenience."
