"The hotel was very clean, the facilities were new, and most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They arranged a Ha Long Bay cruise for us that was cheaper than buying tickets outside the hotel. The cruise included a buffet and afternoon tea, and a shuttle service to and from the pier. They also arranged a bus to Hanoi for us, costing 250,000 VND per person. We were taken to the bus terminal by car, then took a luxury tourist bus (only three seats per row) to Hanoi, and from there, we were transferred to another car to be taken directly to the hotel."

"It's appalling that this is a five-star hotel. While the building itself may be impressive, the service—the lack of consideration for ensuring guests feel safe and comfortable—made for a very disappointing stay. The details are as follows: 1. The reception staff's attitude was condescending. The explanation regarding the deposit was delivered too quickly and with a Vietnamese accent, making it difficult to understand. When I said I couldn't hear, the staff member looked troubled and prompted my Vietnamese companion to explain in Vietnamese. Even though I was the one who made the reservation and paid the deposit, the hotel staff's attitude, even when the hotel wasn't busy, made me feel like they were annoyed by the explanation and procedures and just wanted to get it over with quickly. 2. A design flaw in the bathroom. The bathroom had a bathtub, but the partition separating it from the sink and toilet area was only a 1-meter wide glass panel; there was no shower curtain. When I showered, water that fell outside the bathtub flowed into the sink and toilet area, flooding the entire bathroom floor. Walking on it was unpleasant, and I had to wipe my feet every time I went to the toilet. Even worse, the wet floor was slippery, and I couldn't help but feel I was in danger of falling. When I went to reception and explained the situation, they said, "Other guests have also pointed this out, but that's just how it is." I was more than disappointed; I was appalled by their response, which seemed to say, "Other guests are putting up with it, so you should too." 3. Restaurant Staff Service The breakfast restaurant was crowded. While that's understandable, the staff didn't guide guests to their seats as smoothly as possible; in fact, some staff members even blocked guests' paths. There was no conversation or eye contact when clearing plates, and the moment I stood up, my half-finished coffee was taken away. I didn't even have the energy to prepare another cup of coffee, and I returned to my room feeling unsatisfied."

"The accommodations, dining, transportation, and shopping are all very convenient, exceeding expectations. The first-floor lounge area is a popular spot for photos. Facilities: Excellent, very clean. Hygiene: Excellent, cleaned daily. Environment: Excellent, with mountains and water right outside. Service: Breakfast can be ordered and delivered to the room (advance booking required)."

"The double room is a bit small. 30/4-1/5 I waited 3 hours to check in. The room is not soundproof, so anyone who likes quiet consider because the hotel is in the center, it is convenient to travel and eat, but therefore it will be bustling until late at night. The rest is ok."

"It was my first trip to Vietnam and I was a bit nervous, but the owner was very helpful and willing to help me with anything. It's close to the Halong Bay Marathon venue, so I highly recommend it for anyone taking part in the marathon. There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby."
