"The hotel itself is stunning! The views are amazing, everything is clean, and the breakfasts are delicious! It's a beautiful hotel, BUT! My vacation was ruined when I was woken up at 7:00 AM by renovation work on the roof. Since my room was on the top floor, I was woken by the terrible sound of a drill. I couldn't enjoy my rest. What's more, when I called reception, the sounds stopped for 15 minutes, then resumed again with the sound of a hammer. It was awful. My entire impression of the hotel was ruined in an instant."
